GoogleI lived in Bedford in a property managed by Taylor's for over 2 years. Thier service was excellent and they helped and guided me in first finding a property (I was new to the UK then) and then managing it. The property was looked over by Georgia Cook during my time who has been responsive and understanding. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe came to Taylors to sell our home after we had bad experiences with 2 other estate agents. Finding a buyer is not so hard in this market, but closing the sale and managing that process is where we had issues before, and frankly by the time we got to Taylors we were very frustrated and stressed. Taylors definitely brought us more viewings, but it was after we found a buyer that they really excelled. We found Taylors to be highly professional, very process oriented, proactive and communicative and they drove the sale through, staying on top of everything for us. In particular Caroline did a great job of progressing the closing process, and Jamal provided great oversight to the whole deal and was available to us when we needed him.

GoogleNo point booking a viewing as the agent books a viewing time then rings 10 mins after that time to say he is running late,,🤷🤷🤷 Really.!!! Such unprofessional service, pity the sellers …. And few months ago after putting in an offer on another property the lack of communication was inept and i had to chase them,🙈🙈🤷🤷 So its A NO From Me…

GoogleMaintenance department are absolutely useless. I have had to organise and pay for my own gas safety certificate 2 years in a row (to save them getting a fine), any maintenance work no matter how essential has taken over 3 weeks every time. Don't know their arses from their elbows. I'm sure if my landlord knew he was paying for services, which frankly are not being provided as they should, he would look elsewhere.

GoogleI have several properties that I let out in London and Bedfordshire. Taylors are the one estate agent that I find to be friendly, helpful and above all efficient. The whole team are extremely helpful and friendly with particular reference to Jess Richardson. My property in Bedford was advertised on the Saturday and by the Monday we had a tenant. The team at Taylors assisted us with the tenancy, remedial & legal requirement works etc. I would definitely recommend Taylors without doubt.

GoogleWon't stop spam calling me. Literally a joke, must have called me 15 times today. Not sure what sort of sales tactic this is, even if my dream home is being let with this company I will just bin it off cause these lot are horrible spammers. Never been spam called like this from a seemingly real company, even after I blocked the numbers they called from they kept leaving voicemail after voicemail. Leave me alone.
