Would give it a zero, agree with all mentioned below, when did buying a “luxury” new house turn into project managing your own snags….to which over the hundreds you are left with include serious structural repairs, yes I’ve learnt a lot but did I want to? Does my work appreciate this distribution? My family?

Moved in to the Clifton development a while ago now and have to say the whole journey has been seamless.The sales negotiator couldn't do enough to answer queries and kept me informed of progress updates throughout the purchase.Impressed with the build quality too. Having seen numerous other competitor properties I'm more than than with my purchase. The minimal amount of snags have been dealt with swiftly.Thank-you Mulberry!

The aftercare from the Customer Service team is horrendous. They ignore emails for weeks and customer service is non-existent. Once they have you in your house, you are no longer important to them. Maybe there is just no customer care team at Mulberry

We had a very good experience with buying our gorgeous Mulberry home! We completed in 9 weeks after reserving the property. Both Sally at the showhome office and Leisa at Head office were both super helpful. The aftercare has also been good. We LOVE are new home 😊

Avoid Avoid Avoid.Mulberry Homes are not a company you want to purchase a house from.Bullying/oppressive tactics to get you to exchange. Despite house being delays by 6+ months.Appalling customer service and cannot be trusted.Read the honest reviews rather than forged ones.
