GoogleDiscrimination comes to mind. After a viewing at a property we loved, unfortunately we weren't successful (which happens, completely understandable) but we was then told that they had some other properties available nearby, so when we enquired about it we heard nothing back, just got ignored despite trying to show our interest, but they seem rather judgmental so stopped bothering.

GoogleTerrible, highly frustrated and appalled. I wrote a review 4 weeks ago explaining that its been nearly 2 months being in the flat, and I am yet to be given a key for the communal bin room. My review was responded to by asking me to contact customer service either by email or phone. I chose to write an email, about 2 weeks ago to customer service, surprise surprise...NO RESPONSE. On contacting the branch, I am told to contact the property management company, who in turn asks me to get authorisation from the owner which ofcourse has to be done through the estate agent, and then the vicious circle continues. Now I have no choice but to write to Bedford Borough Council about giving me some advice.

GoogleTo be absolutely honest, a 1 star rating is still far too generous. The way they have dealt with our issues with this property is absolutely appalling, the member of staff that we deal with cannot do her job properly in the slightest, our complaints are often put off until they become a bigger issue and when the work finally gets underway it’s not finished completely. There has also been cases when the staff member has not documented our complaints after being told about them on multiple occasions and she has also told us misleading information. God knows why they are called leaders because frankly they are not leading anything, because this property is barely liveable but we are forced to make do. Poor customer service and support, incompetent staff members, and everything seems to fall down to us to try and find solutions for. They don’t care about the living conditions or maintaining the property all they want is your money. Absolutely disgusting!!!

GoogleI have been renting a property through leaders for the last 3yrs and am not happy with the way they dont seem to care about the tenants or the works that need doing to the property. After finding out that all works that have been reported have not been relayed to the land lady until the list is huge is a joke. Also some works that have been done are not satisfactory but being told that they are and no more work for that job will be done. I would never recommend leaders to anyone and I will never use them again. Now after we have moved out we are being billed for the tiniest thing after all these problems. Now we are no longer they have replaced the front door, they will be replacing the patio doors and doing all the work that should of been done in the first place. They are a major joke and a disgrace for how they treat people

GoogleMy first time using an estate agents I found using Google. I then saw the property I liked and emailed enquiring about it. Thankfully the lady who dealt with me kept the property for me until I I finalised plans to go ahead with the tenancy. Throughout the whole process I've had help when needed to complete the application and answered any questions I had, making the whole process easy and smooth and made me a very happy tenant. GoogleA very efficient service for Landlords. The last 2 tenants have either caused damage or left things in a woeful state of dirt and filth. On both occasions the property manager Kim worked very hard to successfully recover the payments required to rectify the deficiencies. The quality and detail of the checkout report was faultless and the speed that they identify and move in new tenants has always been very swift. If you already have a full time job or are busy, you can leave the management of the property to Leaders and not have to worry a great deal about it. That brings great peace of mind and makes the property investment market more easy to navigate. Overall a great service and very happy.

GoogleThis place is amazing! From applying for the property to moving in, it only took a matter of weeks, and alongside that they moved offices entirely! Despite all the havoc they were dealing with, they managed to keep me and my partner thoroughly informed and I felt very confident throughout the whole process (which is very rare!). The company didn’t know this but I suffer with severe anxiety which could have easily been triggered by moving house, but not once did I feel anxious about any part of the process. This is all thanks to the lovely staff, specifically Hannah Hodgson, who did an amazing job and was very understanding about all the questions we had (this is our first home together!) Would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone renting properties or moving out for the first time.
