GoogleMy husband has used Watson Mitchell and now Leaders to manage his two properties for years and he's had excellent service. My husband thinks Leaders stand out as they only deal in rentals and not sales like a lot of other agencies; thus you get more knowledgeable staff and better service than if it's just an add on at a normal estate agents. Kim Milne manages his two properties and she is excellent.

GoogleWe recently had an issue at the house, and had to call the property management team, our assigned contact is Laura Burman who has been exceptional in dealing with the issue. She was very quick to try to resolve the problems we had been having. All of the staff at the Bedford branch have been exceptional from initial viewing to second viewing. we have just extended for another 2 years.

GoogleOne of the most inept agents I’ve ever had the misfortune of coming across. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.

GoogleI have been a ‘Leaders’ customer for a whopping ‘10 YEARS’ and it all that time I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say that I have NEVER met a person like ‘Jodie’ in Leaders before- she is so professional, polite, understanding and most DEFINITELY a credit to the business (Leaders, honestly hang on to her- she is a Gem).

GoogleI can’t recommend Leaders Bedford enough! From the moment I called about the house I was interested in, to when I got the keys! Even now I know if I need something they are always at the end of the phone and get the problem sorted quickly. I will always recommend Leaders to anyone who rents. Thanks so much for looking after me.

GoogleWe have been involved for a number of years in the rental sector. Over that time we have utilised various letting agencies. We consider that we are 'professional landlords' and expect agencies to be likewise. We have found Leaders to be professional in their approach and service that is provided - particularly the relationship that we have built up with Laura - which has always been first class.

GoogleHello Marrica, your support was excellent during my move recently. Leaders were truly professional in guiding through the handover process. Their recommended cleaning agents were also very professional. I would definitely recommend leaders with my friends. Their service during my tenure at this property was excellent. All issues raised were sorted off quickly. My special thanks to the landlord and Marrica. Best Regards, Suresh Sugavanam.

GoogleThey bully landlords and tennants. They make you sign contracts for 1 or 2 years maybe more. They price hike for no reason. They do nor complete mainrenance issues. Generally they are all about getting their money and not aboavoid them like the plague and go for other more honest companys like price wallis or jayne beard .

GoogleI can say that we got all the support and attention, to help our move was as soon as possible. Agent Myles, gave us attention and the direction of what to do to, and don’t forget about anything, and as a oon as we enter the house, we are faced with a perfectly clean house ready to live.PositiveProfessionalism
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
