Three times now, called for 1 bedroom property and when told that we have a child immediately said you should have a two bedroom property. GoogleThey're really poor at communicating and following up on the requests of service from their clientele. Phones not picked up, emails rarely answered and following actions inadequate. They constantly allow your rights as a lessee to be infringed through pure neglect. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone I know.

GoogleKim in property management provided great service and responded very quickly to my issue. My washing machine malfunctioned and I emailed the office on Sunday night. On Monday morning a contractor was contacted and the issue was resolved by the afternoon. It was such a quick and easy experience. Great response and service, well done!
