GooglePretty poor. It's been 6 months since we ceased using Leaders services and despite ringing their head office and asking them to cease contacting us (as their unsubscribe service doesn't work), their emails continue. However I would highly recommend Open Rent.

GoogleThis company look at other letting agents websites to find out what they are advertising, then they do a search on Land Registry to find the owner's address for the properties advertised to let. Then they bombard that owner with daily letters asking for their business, with all kinds of offers and sweeteners (even 'a bottle of wine'). Seriously? Do they not realise there are many cultures and religions which do not condone alcohol? Do they really think I would ditch my current letting agent, who is honest, reliable and 100% professional for another who is so desperate they would try to steal another agent's business? Unprofessional, unethical desperate touting for business. Avoid!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleLeaders has my holding deposit for over a month after the application didn't fall though. I called several times and sent emails. No one has said why the refund hasn't come back or when. All I need is information. Hannah said that her senior Kim would contact me about this, a month later and no one has contacted me. Im still waiting for my holding deposit and extremely disappointed in their service and lack of information.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Bedford team (Kim M, Michelle R and others ) do a great job in supporting landlord in complex world of renting from finding good Tenant , collecting timely rent , various different maintenance help, legal and tax paperwork , cloud based landlord portal and much more .
