GoogleMixed emotions. I'm not sure who's responsible for what. I have been with leaders privately renting for a couple of years, somethings have gone well and I like living where I am socially and work. But sadly I put in a maintenance request well over a year ago, I have waited and waited. Once it was addressed but they it did not fix the issue. Since then it has been back and forth emails and calls waiting for the request to be fixed completely. Considering it's to do with mould and water damage you'd like to think the landlord and lettings would be a bit more concerned and would have pushed eachother in the sense of property maintenance anyway.

GoogleWould never touch leaders again worst company to use for a letting agency, never fix any issues, never contact if they want to visit, no communication if you report any faults and if they decide to fix them takes then 6-8 months to action. Enter the property without informing yourself. They never do the checks correctly due to fire alarm that didn't work and was over 8 years old. Only decided to replace 10 months after living in the flat. Breaking all landlord rules and putting people lives at risk. Shocking company and then claim for you to pay once you have left the property for extras. Staff in Bedford office very rude, not helpful. I am surprised that Leaders are still up and running due to false advertising on the property they rent out and false advertising the hours the office is open for

GoogleWorst estate agency going! Never helps when you become a tenant… Constant miscommunication and then when you question it they say it’s your fault ( It is not our fault if you said the wrong thing! ). Kim the “Manager” is rude and disrespectful and starts to micromanage and belittle you. I would avoid at all cost !!! All that branch wants is money ! We have even heard it from the landlord they are rubbish at communicating and sorting stuff out - customer service is non existent if you’re a tenant… if you can go use another agent !

GoogleLeaders has been a fantastic experience for me. Called me within 15mins of sending an inquiry. Booked a viewing straight away. And then at the viewing the young lady was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had. Once I had filled in the application it didn’t take long for them to call me and start the rental process. All the staff at leaders have been so helpful. If I need to move again I will definitely look at there properties first
