Unfortunately I can’t leave a higher rating then the 5star. Leaders have been amazing in one of my most stressful moves ever. I decided to move just before Christmas, so extra stressful. Amy was amazing in making everything go according to plan and making me feel relaxed with everything. I would highly recommend using leaders and there NDO give you peace of mind if your struggling to find the rent and the deposit. It’s also amazing for building your credit rating. So go and speak to the team, you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely shocking behaviour by these agents, booked a viewing twice , both times taking time off work, first appointment cancelled saying they had misplaced the keys, I them made another appointment a week later on there time frame again taking a day off to view property, was called by a young lady to be told I could not view as property was exchanging, wasting my time with lies knowing full well they had sold the property, adding to the already fantastic reputation of shitty estate agents, just be honest don't waste people's time, I have better things to do then wait for appointments that are never going to happen..... Thanks for nothing

First class company with first class staff giving excellent advice and guidance when its needed. Have dealt with most of the members of staff at different times and they are all excellent. Shaun has always impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and recently Marrica has handled a difficult situation with speed and professionalism requiring very little effort on my part. Marrica was always at the end of the phone or email and got things resolved quickly , which is exactly as it should be. Highly recommended as they are specialists in their field. Don't go anywhere else if you are looking for an agent. Top marks keep it up!!!

My wife and I used Watson Mitchel, later Leaders for 3 years as tenants. Our experience was nothing but outstanding. Shaun and his team are able to strike very natural balance between being professional, and yet attentive to customers particular needs. The team were supportive at every stage of our tenancy process. They communicated with clarity, provided us with all the necessary information required to have problem free tenancy. They facilitated the communication with our landlord as needed. Leaders (in particular Laura Burman) were fantastic! I was with them for many years and they took care of everything. I was living in London and then the US while they managed my property in Bedford and I could not have done it without them. Laura took on everything, she kept me in the loop, she never let the property go empty, found great tenants, dealt with any issues that came up and went above an beyond to make everything easy for me. She was always quick to deal with any questions I had and was just great. She was also really lovely and fun to work with. She even helped to find me, and work with the estate agents when I sold my flat. Couldn't have asked for a better letting agent.

I have been letting a property with Leaders for several months now and am so far very happy with the service they provide. The branch manager Shaun initially came to the property and stood out from all the other agents as the most trustworthy and reliable. Our property manager Laura is very responsive to both emails and calls and I feel my property is in safe hands with her. I have had experience with a bad agent before so it's refreshing to be dealing with a professional, communicative company which takes the worry out of letting a very important asset to me and my family.

I can assure you this agency is racist. They discriminate against you based on your name and race. So people of colour avoid at all costs. They never get back to you snd even before responding or arranging a viewing they want to conduct a credit check. Even though you have not proceeded to take a property with them. Definitely shoud change the way they operate.

As an experienced landlord, in my experience these guys are one of the worst agents in country. All they care about is increasing profits in any way possible. They missed scheduled inspections, ignored very important details, ignored tenants' reports of necessary repairs, were slow and inefficient in communicating, provided false information, mid-sold services, all at massively inflated rates. I took my complaint to the TPO in the end and won compensation on several points. Do not believe their polished appearance and marketing nonsense. Be very careful before entering into negotiations with this outfit. In my experience, they don't care in the slightest about neither landlord nor tenant. As long as they're taking your money and doing no work, they appear to be happy.

If I could leave zero stars for this agency I would .Appaled how I have been treated over 4 years from this agency .They are money grabbers.Lived in aproperty with constant damp issues which never got resolved .Constant boiler issues also never resolved.My advice avoid them at all costs as they deflect always their responsibilities as an agency and never protect their tenants rather take only property owners side .
