GoogleSean and Lee have been friendly, helpful, respectful, supportive and professional throughout the process of selling the house for my mum. They have kept me informed throughout which has taken away a lot of pressure which has been stressful due to being ill and other factors. Thank you, I appreciate all that you've done throughout a stressful time. I highly recommend Leaders as previous estate agents were an absolute nightmare.

GoogleCalled the bedford branch this morning to inform of my wifes death. My property manager was in a meeting apparently. Waited for a call back all day but as usual nothing. No sense of urgency at all with this company even when we had a flood in the property. I will now have to call in the morning again to inform of the blocked bank account which I have already done today. So when the direct debit does not work, don't blame me. I tried.

GoogleI would avoid this agency. Constant issues with fixing staff around house. After we move out we get bill for £500 just for cleaning of cleaned before house (they charge this amount for wiping dust and doors). Also charged £300 pound to cover fixing staff like door handles which were reported 6 months before moving out that they are broken and they promise to fix them. Unbelievable. Never had similar issues with provision agencies.

The docusign process was very efficient, energy saving and easy to complete. GoogleI called Leaders a couple of times to enquire about a property and hopefully get some guidance as this is my first time renting, and spoke to someone called Chloe who was rude and dismissive on both occasions. I also agree with other reviews that they discriminate. No company deserves business with that attitude. Having read some other reviews on here, it seems like I dodged a bullet! Definitely going elsewhere!
