GoogleAvoid this company as a Tenant, as the moment you move out they will scam you on whole your deposit or even more. ESPECIALLY AVOID, no deposit option, as then you are f.d. They want 800 pounds for cleaning of dust from the window and a carpet which was dirty when I moved in already. Really save yourself some money and nerves.

GoogleCareful, if rating is low employee Chloe blocks you on facebook. I rented a flat and they did not return the deposit amounts, being bad character with a family with 2 small children. I'm going on Citizem advice, Avoid this fake bedford company.

GoogleWhat a lovely bunch of staff! I would highly recommend Leaders to friends and family. I mainly dealt with Laura who was very kind and dealt with my issue efficiently but everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. 5 Stars!

GoogleUsed Leaders to view a house that I was interested in renting. Booked an appointment over the phone for the following day and no one arrived to the appointment or made any contact with me prior to the viewing. Poor communication skills and lack of professionalism from this company.

GoogleVery careless letting team. Won’t care about any queries specifically who attend call she is rude and unprofessional. If you ask any help for viewing they could treat that you are in the queue and they will never contact.
