GoogleKye was willing to come in on Sunday to show me a property I was interested in. Unfortunately the property sold and I was unable to make an offer but he showed great willingness by working on his day off.

GoogleMy partner and I moved in about a month ago and Jovan has gone above and beyond to ensure that we have everything we need. We were first time movers and so he made sure to explain everything clearly and concisely when applying and signing to move in. GoogleIt's taken at nerve-racking 5 months but I've finally moved into my lovely new home. And Nik Kershaw and Ben Sloane from Haart have been there every step of the way, reassuring, sympathising and, best of all, chasing up everyone else involved in the chain. I have no idea how I would have coped without their cheerful advice and reassurance. If you want a professional estate agent with the personal touch, I would recommend Haart every time.

GoogleI have been dealing with Naomi & Jovan from the Bedford branch, and I honestly cannot fault them! They have been so helpful and understanding from start to finish. They have kept me in the loop through the whole process which has put my mind at ease. A lot of other letting agents I’ve spoken to from different companies haven’t been very helpful and have had poor communication. Naomi and Jovan have completely been the opposite and have given me a really positive experience. They have both been really professional, friendly and informative. GoogleFinally. A really pro-active estate agent! We completed our sale last week and Lucy Arnett in Haart's Bedford office removed much of the stress from the process. She was professional, informative and kept us appraised of progress all the way through. We didn't need to chase to find out what was happening. I can't thank her enough for all the care and attention she gave us. Very highly recommended.

GoogleI am not a regular with the Uk buying process and not very comfortable with figures and negotiations, but Nick the senior manager at Haart was the most helpful and I just got myself a flat ! He was very quick at answering emails, text messages or phone calls. He allowed me some down time to look at the property and ask as many questions as I wanted , he also got all my answers back to me within 24hours which was amazing considering the stress of buying. He negotiated on my behalf a vey good deal I was more than happy with. He is friendly, professional and knows the right approach to his customers. The buying process was made so easy thanks to his help, His positive attitude and professionalism. I am beyond excited !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
