GoogleHaart are handling our purchase of a new property and we've had a very positive experience with everyone so far. Sean Sumbillo particularly has been helpful, efficient and very responsive. He has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, help with any queries on the property including waiting over half an hour for me when I got diverted (and lost) on my way to the first veiwing. Great customer service!

Also on the phone, whenever I call they always patiently answer my questions and are trying to help to the best of their abilities. She was always in touch, answering all questions related to the lease. It was my first experience of renting an apartment, and I am very happy that I turned to her. She is the best real estate agent.

GoogleVery impressed with Luke Perry the moment we walked into Haart in Bedford. He welcomed us in and offered us refreshments taking us to the meeting area. He was very professional and up to date on everything regarding letting. He explained very well how the process will carry on and assured us he will do his best to find us the perfect home to rent. We were more than happy with the overcome of the meeting.

GoogleHaving driven from Cardiff to Bedfordshire for a prearranged appointment to view a property I called the office to ask where the agent was as they seemed to be running late and got told that they had no record of my appointment. Less than an hour later the house was marked as sstc. 7hrs driving to have my time wasted; they took all my details when I made the appointment so they could have called to cancel. Very lazy, wasteful and shoddy service all round.

GoogleI requested an evaluation on my property to put it on the market in 21 days time as I am currently itβs another estate agent but Iβve had no viewings. Derren Cullum, visited me. He was on time,very smartly dressed. Friendly but professional. I had lots of questions which were answered. I agreed to sign up with Haarts, Derren had all the paperwork required. We discussed how he would market my property in August, The board ect. I feel Iβm in safe hands. Letβs wait and see if I get a quick sale. Fingers crossed π€PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
