I'm sad to give only 3 stars because I have received such outstanding service from Kate (Kateryna Chernyshova). I would give her 5 stars for the attention she has paid to managing our letting. She is knowledgeable, courteous, personable and attentive. She calls when she says she will, she replies to emails, she follows up with open issues. Haart need more Kates! Prior to her arrival at Haart, they weren't good at all. So you could say she's lifted a 1 star review to a 3 star review.

Being new to the country, finding a home can be a daunting task. However with Jade, who was our first contact point, it was a very easy process. She was always friendly, helpful and showed genuine interest. She was very responsive on e-mail and clarified any doubts efficiently. After finalizing the property we also had the pleasure of working with Jovan, who guided us through the last part of the process. Would never use Bedford Haart letting again. I rented a house with them for a year. Recently moved back in to my property. The house was left a mess with dog poo in the garden. Pots and pans placed back in the draw dirty and broke. The place was not as I left it, before renting it. I have tried to arrange a full house clean, out of the previous tenants deposit but not response. There so called check out service was not done as spoken. I looked at the checkout report and it said nothing about the issues we had spoke about to the property manager. So he flat out lied to my face and didn’t do his job properly by making a fake report. I will never use this company again and recommend others to do the same.

Ryan was a great help helping me move from one apartment to another in the same block as I was downsizing. There was a slight issue with the new apartment not being ready on time however Ryan was in complete communication with me throughout the whole process and he even went out of his way to make sure i could stay in the current apartment for a few days rent free until the new apartment was ready for me and everything was sorted. Very thankful to him and would definitely recommend.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable and easy time with haart Bedford. I needed to move into a property quickly and Ryan Hurl and the team made that happen for me. Ryan talked me through everything and made the whole process really easy to understand. As someone who is new to all this, that was incredibly reassuring. Any queries I had were answered straight away and everything I needed was dealt with. I have been doing contract work for Haart now for a number of months, and out of all the property maintenance people I deal with out of many other estate agents, I can honestly say Jennifer Holbrow is a Saint! If she says she will take care of it, she does, if I need help or an answer quickly she is quick to respond to get the job done! Jovan was brilliant from start to finish. Very friendly, efficient, managed expectations and kept his word throughout all of our dealings. And he went above and beyond for us by calling school admissions and expediting the tenancy contract in order to meet the various requirements when moving back to the UK from overseas. Furthermore, Jovan has always been contactable since our tenancy contract started and goes out of his way to solve problems even if they outside of his remit. It's a real pleasure dealing with him and we would highly recommend Jovan as an agent.

As soon as I met lettings agent Jovan Sutovic from Haart at Bedford I knew we were in good hands. We had experienced some delay in letting one of our properties with another agent in town, and asked Haart to help out. Jovan took us through the lettings options available, and within a day had secured a new tenancy agreement, and also managed to obtain a higher rental for the property. I can't thank him enough for his help and enthusiasm in sorting a new tenant, and also advising on where we could make some minor improvements before the tenants moved in. I had a few issues at my property which were very pressing and very urgent however there was no one to listen to me and eventhough the staff promised to give me a call back nobody called me back. I'm really impressed with the service I received from Jennifer Holbrow. She went above and beyond expectation to meet my needs.She treated my case as urgent,which it was, and got the service done. An action which had taken the unconcerned staff months to achieve, she did it in a few minutes. I was very disappointed with the maintainance service I received from Haart until I got through to Jennifer Holbrow.
