GoogleWOW ... 1 year on the market with other estate agents and within a week Daniel sold my house, He held my hand through the whole process as it was all new to me and took the time to explain everything to me even when I had stupid repetitive questions. He was proactive in getting our sale pushed through during Lockdown when the estate agent we were buying from had 0 motivation or brains to get thing moving Daniel was on the case making relationships with the upward chain and pushing things along nicely. I don't ever plan Moving again as I bought my dream home but If I ever do I will use Cooper Wallace and will recommend to everyone who will Listen. GoogleWe brought a property through Cooper Wallace end of last year and they exceeded our expectations. David and Daniel were very responsive, knowledgable and made the process bearable. Our own Estate Agent was nowhere near as professional or as proactive as Copper Wallace were. I would highly recommend David & Daniel at Cooper Wallace. GoogleWe put in an offer on our house before the pandemic hit, but before too long the whole housing market was put on hold. Despite this, David kept us completely informed and was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, would offer us any insight he would receive in the meantime and ensured the dialogue between us and our sellers was unaffected. Really considerate, empathetic and put us at ease - thank you David 😊 We arranged a couple of subsequent viewings to start measuring up and upon arrival were told we only had 20 mins before whoever was showing us around would need to lock up to go to another appointment, so having an idea of how long we’d be able to have to measure up beforehand would have been great to avoid feeling rushed. Daniel Barham & his team were nothing but professional and supportive throughout our process of buying & selling our house. In comparison to other agents we have dealt with the communication and customer service was noticeably of a much higher standard. Daniel was great at keeping us up to date, providing reassurance and helpful advice throughout. Daniel is extremely knowledgable & friendly and was always at the end of the phone for a chat when things got stressful. In terms of marketing our property, Daniel took the time to ensure we were happy with the way our house was presented, being happy to make changes when required to ensure we were maximising all opportunities to secure a sale. Daniel has an open and honest approach which meant we were always fully informed and clear on how things were progressing. Overall a fantastic experience! GoogleWe bought our new home through Cooper Wallace and also sold our previous house through them as well. David was the lead agent we dealt with and was amazing right from the start. He accommodated our frequent requests to visit the new house to measure up for items and to view it. He was flexible with the viewings for the house we sold, gave us feedback and guided us every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on at all times and kept in regular contact with us, the buyers, the sellors and our solicitors. He chased people when needed and was always professional. It wasn’t an easy purchase with the Sellors living abroad but David made himself available to everyone (which ever time zone they were in) to ensure everything moved as quickly as it could. GoogleI sold a property with Cooper Wallace last year. It had various problems that I had to declare and this resulted in 3 sales failing... So I was not an easy client for David and his team. Nonetheless he and team persisted through out the year until finally they were successful. A thoroughly difficult job handled with care and resolve. We changed to Cooper Wallace in Sept 2019 and straight away we felt confident in our decision. GoogleOriginally my Wife and I were selling with another estate agent and we weren't satisfied at all. We decided to speak to Cooper Wallace and immediately Dan made a great impression. Our sale wasn't straightforward due to the type of property, however, Cooper Wallace held our hand throughout the process and made everything as easy as it could be. Their advice was always accurate and we valued it massively. If we eventually sell again, we will use C W without hesitation. Covid19 created concerns, delays and setbacks but we felt fully supported by the whole team. Ben helped us tremendously with the paperwork. GoogleBen, David, Ethan and Conor all helped greatly with the sale of our house.From inspection, to photos and marketing they were always on hand at the end of the phone to discuss what was happening or going to happen. Their advice was well received. Once sold, David kept us well informed of progress and guided us to the finish line. If I ever sell a house again, I will certainly be asking Cooper Wallace to market for me.

FacebookJust had a leaflet of yours delivered through my door, despite a clear large yellow sticker stating no junk mail above the letterbox. I went out to talk to the boy delivering to ask why he's ignored my notice, he had ear plugs in but did see me and chose to ignore. I shall be reporting this and and this is no way to conduct buisness. Appalling to ignore requests.

GoogleSome staff where friendly and helpful then others at the end of completion I found Ben very rude saying I needed to hand my keys by lunch time it wasn't my fault the keys at my place was handed to me very late then Ben said my solicitors should have told me I was already stress out on that day I found it very annoying as kept getting phone calls by this agent.
Hi Meena, Thank you for taking the time to leave a re-view. It was agreed between yourself, your buyer and both solicitors upon completion the key will released at lunchtime (1pm). This was included in the contract given to you by your solicitors. The buyers had to sit and wait outside for three hours with their removal time whilst your property completed, we were asked by both the solicitors and the buyers to find out why the keys weren't being released and had the buyers come to our office multiple times to find out when they could move into their own home. I am sorry you felt that by Ben asking for you when you plan to bring the keys in came across rude or annoying but from the legally binding contract you were required to pass the keys over to Cooper Wallace or the buyer by 1pm. GoogleTHE ONLY ESTATE AGENT TO GO WITH.... From the very get go Cooper and Wallace were exceptional. I contacted several estate agents at the start and they responded in less than 5 mins. They arranged to view quickly and discussed the valuation in detail. Every step of the process was handled with ease. Everyone we spoke to (Ben, Hannah, Charlie, David) were kind, professional and understanding. We were very soon expecting our second child so the stress was already up there, but they did everything they could to keep us informed along the way and make it as smooth as possible... Now i sit writing this in my new home, enjoying every single minute...which would not have been possible without Cooper and Wallace. Thank you so much for everything. Highly Recommended.

I found Ben and his staff to be exceptionally proficient and highly professional. At all stages of the sale, my brother and I were dealt with kindly, courteously and very efficiently.
