After six months with an independent estate agent and no success, Daniel from Cooper Wallace stepped in and made all the difference. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us fully updated throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and when things stalled towards the end, he worked with our solicitor to engage with the other side and keep everything moving forward. Daniel even went above and beyond by helping us with queries about our temporary move into rented accommodation, a completely new and rather daunting experience for us. We sold our house via Copper Wallace and we highly recommend them. All the Staff we so polite and extremely helpful, but a special shout out to Rob for sealing the deal and David for going the extra mile from start to finish he was amazing from marketing the house right through to progressing the sale and ensuring we were updated every step of the way right up to completion day. Nothing was too much of an issue, David’s local knowledge of Great Barford and the surrounding area was phenomenal. We have relocated out of the area but would 100% use them again if had a house to sell in the Bedford area. We highly recommend Cooper Wallace, we viewed a large number of properties around Bedfordshire along with where we have relocated too and we can say hand on heart the service we received from Cooper Wallace was outstanding, there is a noticeable difference with other agents and their lack of follow up service. Could not be more grateful for the support provided by this agent. Not only were they professional, they went above and beyond to help us where our own solicitors fell short. We were in the process of purchasing a flat and our solicitors were so incompetent that the sale actually ended up falling through. Over the past 8 months, David had chased for things, contacted our solicitors on our behalf of ourselves and supported us throughout the whole transaction. The team were always quick to answer the phone and David went out of his way to support us and offer guidance. He recognised that we were first time buyers and in a tough situation with our solicitors and answered any questions we had in a timely and friendly manner. As first time buyers, you are not told a lot of things about the actual purchase of a property but David was more than happy to help. Even though the sale fell through, we are still so grateful for the support offered by David. He is an asset to the company. Thank you.

If you’re planning on selling your home, just use Cooper Wallace. Ben was fantastic from the get go. This was the first time we’ve sold a property and we were guided through the process so well. Joined by Hannah and Connor, they were determined to get it sold for the right price. Then once sold, there was a swift transfer to the ‘aftercare’ which was David who was very knowledgable about the process, timings etc. he knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Our onward purchase took quite some time due to reasons outside of our control but David remained patient throughout, chased solicitors and even our vendor’s estate agent. They all really go above and beyond. They definitely provided a service that was probably worth more than they were eventually paid. Couldn’t thank the team enough! I feel like I know them all! They answer the phone every time and respond to emails within minutes. Very friendly team. Just use them!
