This is an odd one because I didn't hire Cooper Wallace, but I was rather the buyer of the house whose owner hired them! But here I am, leaving a review for them because it felt as if I was actually their client too, though I'm not paying anything! Nicole Cascella who handled the first phase of the process was very responsive and prompt and communicative, Jemma Day who carried out the rest of the process was incredibly pro active (shockingly, pleasantly, as usually you have to chase estate agents!!), professional and thorough. And the manager, David Garofalo, got in touch few times towards the end of the process. You can just tell that place is run professionally and passionately. Most certainly if I want to sell the house in the future I'd use them. Thanks team! (and thanks for the little housewarming gift)

We have had such a great experience with Cooper Wallace buying a house from them. Despite being our seller's Estate Agent, we feel they really cared and listened to us throughout all the process. David and Daniel went above and beyond helping us during the whole experience. Their communication has been excellent the entire time and can only thank them for all the time they spent on the phone and email with all of our questions. They are very friendly, polite and professional and we felt at ease every time we needed to discuss anything with them. When did the first view of our property, Daniel was very knowledgeable and he explained everything very well answering all of our questions. We felt in love as soon as we saw that , and when speaking with the Estate Agent he listened to us and helped us getting in contact while we were waiting to sell our property. We would like to recommend them to anyone who wants to have a nice customer experience either selling or buying. We hope we will stay in our new property for longer period, but if we needed to use another Estate Agent we wouldn't hesitate to use them as they have been fantastic!!! At the time of putting my house up for sale I was in the early stages of pregnancy and really anxious to find a home with more space before our baby arrives. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Daniel B, who came to review our home efficiently and professionally. I was really happy with the photos he’d taken and the way in which he talked us through all the relevant processes involved in selling a house. Much to our delight Daniel had a lot of interest on our property and we were able to sell it. Our whole chain completed within three months. At times through the process I had a lot of questions and in retrospect I can see I needed a lot of reassurance through the process as my stress levels were very high. We first met David just before lockdown in March 2020 when we were thinking of selling our house. Due to the COVID lockdown we put the sale on hold for a few months, during this time David continued to keep in touch with us. We put our house on the market in July and once listed every week we received an email with the number of online views, but we weren’t getting any physical viewings. David gave us some advice and we reviewed the price, within days we had a lot more interest, which evidences David’s knowledge of the housing market and trends. Connor did the majority of the viewings and each time was professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Within a few months our house had sold and we were fortunate to find a new house through Cooper Wallace which was ideal as it meant we were only dealing with one estate agent. Throughout the whole transaction we received weekly updates from DavId keeping us informed of the progress every step of the way. I felt that David literally held our hand through the whole process which was reassuring as buying and selling a house can be pretty daunting. Could not be more grateful for the support provided by this agent. Not only were they professional, they went above and beyond to help us where our own solicitors fell short. We were in the process of purchasing a flat and our solicitors were so incompetent that the sale actually ended up falling through. Over the past 8 months, David had chased for things, contacted our solicitors on our behalf of ourselves and supported us throughout the whole transaction. The team were always quick to answer the phone and David went out of his way to support us and offer guidance. He recognised that we were first time buyers and in a tough situation with our solicitors and answered any questions we had in a timely and friendly manner. As first time buyers, you are not told a lot of things about the actual purchase of a property but David was more than happy to help.
