Great communication - went over and above on helping us with the various stakeholders and chasing actions, with a particularly tricky set of circumstances for our sale. Great deal - very competitive, no-nonsense and straightforward Quick actions - getting us on the market swiftly, and getting us a great buyer lined-up. Human - all the team are genuine people with a genuine interest in the customer. Thanks again for all the help, and getting us there, despite the various complications - and Merry Christmas.

GoogleI can't recommend Cooper Wallace enough. We had a terrible experience where we were strung along by a seller through another Bedford based estate agency and with the turmoil of trying to secure our mortgage rate before the interest rates spiked, Cooper Wallace pulled out all the stops to get us over the line. Hannah and David were phenominal in regards to their attention to detail but also in finding the right home for us. Attentive, considerate and did everything possible to work at the speed we needed to. Couldn't recommend and thank them enough.

GoogleI've dealt with Ben @ Cooper Wallace for a property I was interested in. Really impressed with the response from Ben over email. Ben was patient, quick and very friendly throughout the process, I am most impressed by his quick responses to my countless questions via email. On the viewing day, Ben greeted me with great enthusiasm, and positivity and was keen to show me around the house without any rush. Thank you Ben and Cooper Wallace for allowing me to view the property.

GoogleDaniel the managing director is you exceptional atypical estate agent, being humble honest mellow and down to earth. An independent estate agent winning awards against the giants cowboys estate agents is not an easy feat and must be with credence and rightly justification. I haven't bought or solda house with them, only a few viewings that were pleasant. They will not push you to see other properties and respect ones desire to see via viewing on Zoopla or Rightmove website that advertise. It's nice that give all room dimensions in the floor plan and actual size of the house with detailed information. Best to contact them via Zoopla as Rightmove has bug that messages never get to any estate agent( as of may 2024)! I can't comment on the rest of the team as i have had no interaction with them too give a true review on them. Thank you

Google0/10 service as a prospective buyer. Patronising and suspicious attitude to buyer once phone. Very flippant and not care it appears. They don't return call or get back to me from either first query email or via online house board sites as a prospective buyer. Very surprised considering great reviews in reading here. Very strange. Their loss and of the seller whose home i was interested in. Reading one Indian lady negative review it give me more believe of bias and prejudice and selective professional and service. Plenty more estate agents to use instead.

GoogleThey are the loveliest bunch of people who have been SO supportive and helpful every step of the way through our sale and purchase! They always answer the phone immediately, and on the rare occasions the person I need to speak to isn't available I ALWAYS get a callback soon after getting off the phone! They give so much more insight into the views your property gets on Rightmove than other estate agents do and have called us weekly with updates so theres no need to chase them. Its been bliss! They have gone above and beyond for us and I can't recommend them enough. If anyone is looking for an estate agent, they are the one you want! 😊

GoogleWe needed to rent our home but were totally inexperienced on this topic. We contacted 3 local letting agents who appeared to have good reviews in our area. We met with all 3 for initial meetings. We chose Cooper Wallace to take care of our property- which was a really easy decision for us to make. Ben at Cooper Wallace went above and beyond to help advise us and provide support. Nothing was too much trouble and the paperwork provided was really detailed and informative. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgable and delivered on exactly what was promised . On moving through the process-we were found a perfect tenant and the viewings and support services provided by Amanda matched the initial level of service that we were provided by Ben. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was actioned efficiently. We can highly recommend the services of Cooper Wallace letting agents.

FacebookIf you’re planning on selling your home, just use Cooper Wallace. Ben was fantastic from the get go. This was the first time we’ve sold a property and we were guided through the process so well. Joined by Hannah and Connor, they were determined to get it sold for the right price. Then once sold, there was a swift transfer to the ‘aftercare’ which was David who was very knowledgable about the process, timings etc. he knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Our onward purchase took quite some time due to reasons outside of our control but David remained patient throughout, chased solicitors and even our vendor’s estate agent. They all really go above and beyond. They definitely provided a service that was probably worth more than they were eventually paid. Couldn’t thank the team enough! I feel like I know them all! They answer the phone every time and respond to emails within minutes. Very friendly team. Just use them!

The team were reliable, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. The property initially sold within 3 weeks, however when this fell through (buyers funding issue) the team were straight back on it and secured another purchaser 3 weeks later. We would 100% recommend them. Thanks again guys!!
