GoogleAvoid selling your property with Winkworth. We had a 'buyer" confirmed. No updates for 6 weeks only to find out the buyer hadn't secured their mortgage. General lack of updates through the process and constant chasing thereafter. Much better off going with KKH. Also, notice most of the 5 star reviews are from people with less than 5 reviews...

GoogleWinkworth in Beckenham have been our best experience of estate agents while renting. Great contact and very fast to respond and resolve any/all issues or enquiries (even receiving a Christmas card each year from them...some humanity usually unheard of in rental!). GoogleWinkworth in beckenham have been great during my tenancy for the last 4 years. Any issues such as boiler breaking down have been resolved quickly. Annual property checks completed at a convenient time around my work schedule. The staff are all great but Laura who deals with our rental tenancy is particularly great. We rarely have to contact Winkworth because everything runs so smoothly but when we do their response is always prompt.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Immediately we loved her, she gave a good and realistic value for our property and made us feel looked after, not just another house. She went and found the bperfect buyers and within four days there was the offer we wanted on the table. So many other estate agents said we would never get what we wanted and she got it for us by understanding us and understanding what the buyer also wanted. She is simply fantastic and we can't thank her enough.
