GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Winkworth at Beckenham. Estate agents are often demonised, but Daniel was exceptionally helpful, thorough and proactive. He answered questions very quickly and was excellent as the go-between between buyer and seller. I would go as far as to say, he contributed more to the successful completion of the sale than my conveyancer!

GoogleI cannot recommend Winkworth enough!! They are the best estate agents I have used. They are very helpful efficient professional and most of all friendly. We had a few problems at the beginning on our behalf whilst looking for a property to rent and Laura went above and beyond to help us when she really didn't have to... which we will always be grateful for.

GoogleThe whole team at Beckenham have been great, quick to respond, extremely helpful and very nice people to deal with, special thanks to Laura and Gina who really raised the bar when we had a new kitchen fitted last year, the building contractors work wasn't entirely without issue but the girls dealt with them in a firm but friendly most professional manner.

GoogleThe team at Winkworth Beckenham are great. I've purchased property through their sales team in the past, and continue to use their lettings team in respect of two flats that I rent out. I can't fault the service they provide: always timely, always professional, they are proactive when it comes to solving problems and have a great understanding of the needs of both the landlord and the tenant. Particular thanks to Laura and Maddie for my most recent new tenancy, but in my experience, the whole team is first class, with great knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended.

Gina & Sophie at Winkworths, Beckenham were very patient, understanding and professional in managing the communication between parties. My original meeting and valuation with Gina was excellent - I was impressed with her professional preparation and knowledge of the surrounding market and what both the Pros and Cons for the area were. Following this meeting Sophie was also excellent at the ongoing communications - especially given that the sale was delayed for such a long period of time. Excellent service all round. Richard the mortgage broker was fantastic and the solicitor and surveyors recommended by Aaron were superb. We would highly recommend Winkworth, some of the best customer service I've ever received - just over 4 weeks from first viewing to exchange! Aaron and Richard put a lot of effort in to make the process as easy for us as possible, it certainly showed and we are very appreciative. GoogleSophie Boath at Winkworth in Beckenham helped us sell our flat and she was absolutely fantastic. For a number of unfortunate reasons we had a difficult sale which spanned 16 months and 3 buyers. Sophie never once lost interest or energy in the sale. She was excellent at communicating via telephone, text and e-mail. She would never back away from doing the difficult jobs and secured us the best price for the sale that I think we could have got. Sophie was also massively supportive during this stressful period for which I am extremely grateful. A first class estate agent and the best I have ever dealt with.
