View AgentsMichelle has been great in the sale of our property.
Moginie James has been fantastic from the valuation stage through to completion. Michelle Lloyd, Sales Progression Manager, was great in ensuring the smooth process and kept us up to date. She was always friendly and professional.

View AgentsSale of our property
I am delighted to confirm my experience in dealing with Moginie James in connection with the sale of our property in Gelligaer Street Cardiff. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure dealing with the Company, who have been both professional and thorough in their dealing s with both potential purchasers and with ourselves Their communications with us have been prompt and informative and we have known at each step of the way whether the recent viewer has received the property well or have had some concerns over various aspects of the property That level of feed back has been of enormous assistance in information terms both for the property (now sold) and any property we may invest in at a later date We are delighted that the property has been sold to a young couple as this is a market that the original agent commissioned on the property seemed not to be able to tap into. The whole experience has therefore been eased by the service provided by Moginie James and if we may we would take this opportunity to thank them for their professional help

View AgentsFabulous teamwork
From the very first contact to completion day, the team at Moginie James provided a friendly, professional & co-ordinated service throughout. Their knowledge & expertise was really reassuring for a first time seller and any anxiety I had about the daunting process of moving home after over 20years in the house soon dissipated. A fabulous bonus was the ability to conduct a lot of the business in Welsh - Diolch o galon Liz. - and, when the house was sold, to see Gwerthwyd up on the boarding! Special thanks must go to Claire who's positive determination to find a buyer was so reassuring. Once an offer was accepted it was over to Jayne who was always there, ready to answer every query & keep me updated on every step until completion. Many many thanks to you all!

View AgentsExcellent service from Michelle
Very happy with service from Moginie James but particularly Michelle in the sales progression team. Friendly, informative and explained the process professionally, whereas some agents and solicitors assume we know it all.

View AgentsCustomer Focused Agent
Moginie James were our preferred choice from the valuation, they took time and patience over every aspect of the valuation and bringing the house to market. As a customer I can be quite demanding and they were always happy to help with any queries, no matter whether they were large, small, frequent or occasional. I felt continually up to date throughout the process and am very happy with them acting as my agents and would use them again.

View AgentsAbsolutely brilliant.
I can't praise Jayne enough. It was a difficult sale from start to finish, and think it may well have fallen through without Jayne's support. She answered queries so quickly, and followed everything up. I'd recommend the Moginie James team in a heartbeat. Thank you!
