Avoid these if you have a property to rent.the lady that deals with the lettings is basically a liar and will swear black is white.even when the facts are presented. We own a few buy to let properties and certainly wont be adding more with these guys.Theres way better letting agents than these charlatans.

FacebookFar too many clients and not enough staff, zero customer service provided. Nobody answers phones or emails. Choose a smaller local company if you want to actually get dealt with as a valued customer.

FacebookThey are rude and don't check who they're moving into a property.... I spent 6 months living below an abusive alcoholic who had her in and out of prison boyfriend with her and a dog she played fetch with up and down the stairs at midnight. When contacted they where as useful as a chocolate teapot and "lost" records (or tried to) of phone calls from myself, the antisocial behaviour team and the police. They also planned on changing the front door lock to the building and giving said alcoholic the keys but not me! I feel sorry for the next person in there as the police are still turning up looking for said alcoholic! Thank you karl tatler!

GoogleKarl Tatler are very professional, my house sold after the first viewing and my sales progression team were very helpful. The only frustrating part of my move was the time taken for funds to be transferred on completion so I was not able to get the keys to my new property until after 4 pm.

FacebookLooking at this page I find it hard to believe you have won letting agent of the year ! I have a genuine complaint as my property has been mismanaged , no body can answer me or give me any explanation as to why this has happened , I have emailed 3 times and called 3 times over the past week or so only to be ignored , no return of calls , no reply to emails , I can only assume its the big fish that are important !! I will look forward to some answers now but I wont hold my breath !!!

Did not have a great experience. Unfortunately Greasby branch over promised and under-delivered. Not one viewing during time was listed with them, they suggested we lower the price, when I asked questions as to why the staff member sighed at me over the phone. Went to another estate agent and had an offer over the asking price within days.

FacebookPlease if you are considering using this business for renting a property, make sure you are aware that they will completely rip you off when you move out. Take as many photo's and any evidence of damage etc to the property when you move in. They as a business seem to make a very good living by taking peoples deposit from them, when the damage was there before you move in.
