From the outset, Duncan spent much time with us, advising of current market trends and assuring us of a probable quick sale. He and Morgan regularly kept us informed of subsequent events until conclusion of sale. Nothing was too much trouble. A first class service from friendly and very helpful staff.

Excellent, professional and knowledgeable service!We have used Town and Country for 2 successful house sales in the last couple of months (June 20 and September 20) and highly recommend the service we received. Staff were personable and interested in promoting our property and arranging viewings. Sound advice was also supplied by knowledgeable staff taking time to answer questions and explain processes. Thanks again for all your help in selling our home. We would highly recommend Town and Country to anyone planning to put their house on the market! Definitely a 5 star experience!

These people are fraud. They got my last review deleted.I bought my 1st ever property through town & country. Mr. Duncan helped the seller to hide the structural issues and managed to sell the house to me. As a 1st time buyer i believed the home report and the selling agent(Duncan) which was the biggest mistake i hve made in my life. Duncan had a weird smile on his face when i told him about what hes done. Folks Dont trust this company they can do anything for money.

Very unprofessional and overall shocking experience. I had arranged a viewing for a property for sale, I then emailed to confirm the day before time etc was still suitable to be met with a reply saying the property had sold at closing date that very day. No attempt to contact me to ask if I wish to view earlier or arrange inform me of the closing date. If I hadn’t emailed to confirm the viewing, I would have arrived to an empty the next day as the company made no attempt to contact me. When challenging the agent on this issue I was met with the response ‘these things happen’ - highly highly unprofessional and I would severely hope that these things do not happen. Upon complaining to the company via email weeks ago, no response has even been given to me. Awful company, awful customer service, I would avoid if possible.

No words can describe this so called Letting agent. Im totally at a loss and i work in customer service .By far the worst company ive ever ever dealt with .We let a property through this company the one and only time we have ever rented and the whole experience from start to finish was appaling by far just the worst experience.Everything From customer service to lack of comunication and general support throughout our Tennancy. And to top it off moving out of the property to loosing the whole of our deposit ( thousands not 100s) because of the most ridiculous lies told by Rebecca to TDS (who of course always favour The Landlords and letting agents ).I feel so sorry for people who cannot afford to purchase property and have no choice but to rent and companies like this who quite frankly rip people off.STEER CLEAR DISGUSTING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !!!!!!

The staffs in wrexham are the worst i have had dealings with. Poor communication, very poor marketing, promised professional photographer but instead got a salesman with a phone camera, awful pictures, errors, and legal mistakenly overpaid agency fees and despite chasing numerous times, it is over a month now and still have not been refunded. Would advise stay away.

Every single member of staff I spoke to was so nice and helpful. They always kept me informed and up to date with anything I needed to know throughout the whole process. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart.

Duncan, Fin and the excellent team at Town and Country estate agents - From the first interview with the owner of Town and Country we were impressed by the upbeat and positive reaction he gave us about selling our home, from then he arranged for the Surveyor to come and do the home report and arranged for the photographer to come and photograph our house. It was that easy, We had excellent advice from Fin, and the girls who arranged the viewings and a couple of days later our house was sold!. We highly recommend them.

The worse letting agents I have come across. Firstly there was an awful mould problem start about 3 months after I moved in, (heavily pregnant at the time) rang so many times to try and get something sorted as everything I tried didnt work and there was obviously something going on out of my hands. I rang about many other things during my tennancy there and was always told someone will call me back which they never did. The one time someone called me back i was told someone would be out the next morning... noone came! They didnt actually care about the fact I had a new born baby in a mould ridden property. When it came to me leaving they made up every excuse possible to take more and more money off of me - extra days rent that I apparently owed them, although nothing was ever mentioned and just deducted money when I got my deposit finally which took a month as they wanted me to prove I had paid the coucil tax up until my leaving date. Everyone I spoke to at the coucil said that was disgusting and they shouldn't be doing things like that, because if there was an issue it would be between me and the coucil! Overall would never recommend them!

Very pleased with the service that we got and our house was sold within three days. Staff were very helpful and we quickly got phone calls and emails telling us about our viewings. They also went out of their way to make the buying process of our new house as smooth as possible.The only minor problem was mixing up the timing of one of our viewings when one couple turned up a day early, but other than that their service was excellent.

Excellent service from the initial call, next day the house was looked at by Town and Country. By the following Tuesday it had been surveyed and the photographs taken,by the end of the week it was on the market on all major websites. Within a day many viewers were booked and in less than two weeks we are on SSTC. Fingers crossed. The communication has been excellent both verbally and e mail keeping myself informed all the way so far I would highly recommend this service.

GoogleAfter deciding to put our house on the market we were visited by several estate agents, but what separated Town & Country from the rest was that it wasn't just a sales pitch that we received, we felt that they really cared about our situation and they took the time to understand our needs. Duncan, who came to visit us from Town & Country had excellent knowledge of the local market and had a clear understanding of how quickly similar houses in the area were selling. This gave us a lot of comfort as we had no idea how well houses were selling locally. Town & Country's fees were less than a lot of the other estate agents we spoke to, but to be honest, even if they were slightly more expensive we would still have chosen them. Town & Country got our house on the market quite quickly, and believe it or not, they managed to get someone to come and view the house within 1 hour of it going on the market!! They went on to make an offer which we accepted. So it took a total of 3 days for Town & Country to sell our house. I also want to point out that we were very impressed with all the staff that we dealt with at Town & Country. Lorna in particular helped guide us through the whole process and was happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend that you choose Town & Country to sell your house.
