GoogleWe used Town and Country after reading there great reviews, and all I can say we weren't let down. The whole experience from start to finish i can only describe as being a absolute pleasure. All the staff were great the communication was first class and that was every member of staff (Morgan ,Vin, Richard etc.our house sold within a week and we were very happy with the outcome we would happily recommend town and country.

GoogleThese people are fraud. I bought my 1st ever property through town & country. Mr. Duncan helped the seller to hide the structural issues and managed to sell the house to me. As a 1st time buyer i believed the home report and the selling agent(Duncan) which was the biggest mistake i hve made in my life. Duncan had a weird smile on his face when i told him about what hes done. Folks Dont trust this company they can do anything for money.NegativeProfessionalism

Town and Country have been absolutely amazing though out the whole process of selling our home. It process can be a little stressful however at every turn there is always someone at the end of the phone to talk to.We were contacted regarding all proceedings for viewing to ensure we were happy with the arrangements.They were absolutely amazing at communicating and keeping you up to date with the progression of viewings and feedback and all staff have fantastic knowledge and customer service skills.I cannot recommend Town and Country highly enough for a positive and professional service.

Town and country are an excellent Estate Agent. Every member of the staff that We dealt with in our recent sale was professional polite helpful and friendlly. From the first visit from Duncan who was friendly and very complimentary about the property to the very efficient way that Rachel Finn and mostly Lesley dealt with all of our requests and questions. The property was sold very quickly and we were delighted with the whole process. Duncan even called me today to thank me for letting him market and sell my property! Wonderful five star from start to finish. Can’t fault them in any way . Cheers guys. 5* +++

GoogleAll have noted the same viewing time. I am shocked and disgusted that in our current environments and conditions, group viewings were put in place without our consent or notification to the people attending. Other estate agents have allowed a maximum 2 people rule, with the added security of face masks. Currently, there are 3 parties, totalling 8 people outside a property I am waiting to view. This is hugely negligent on behalf of the estate agents and a shocking lack of duty of care considered towards people viewing. This is not an isolated incident, yesterday evening attending another property marketed by Town and Country, we were met with 9 people waiting to view. What I see is a truly shocking display of responsibility from Town and Country and clearly with very little interest to keep safety guidelines for us all who view. If group bookings are to be put in place, all who are attending should be told prior to that. There should be no exception to this ESPECIALLY at a time where extra diligence should be applied. Current government guidelines: the number of people attending a viewing at one time should be restricted so that physical distancing can be practised. You should only be accompanied to viewings with members of your current household and/or your property agent, social landlord or private landlord or representative. If you need to be accompanied by young children, you should try to stop them touching surfaces and ensure they wash their hands regularly

Facebookincredibly unprofessional. my niece and nephew have been trying to obtain details about a property at Red Deer Village since last week. The service has been totally rubbish and clearly they arent interested in selling properties. They dont respond to emails, messages or give info on the phone. showed no interest in arranging a viewing which is shameful on their part when a vendor is paying them good money to get their house sold

Town and Country were a shining light and a beacon of hope during an otherwise stressful endeavour. They were friendly, professional and offered great rates and value for money. Their office staff were always available to talk and helped make a very stressful thing a lot easier by providing excellent support and reassurance through the whole process. Duncan delivered on everything he said during the initial valuation and then some, going above and beyond in facilitating our own sale and helping us achieve the best price possible for our flat. He also helped us find our new home and get us the best value for money for the budget we had. Finn, who was our point of contact in the office, traversed the complicated negotiations with all the grace of a Mozart concerto. He was also a nice lad who laughed at all my jokes. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you Town & Country!

Selling a house is a stressful and difficult task as it is not something one does often, so it is essential that you get expert help and advice; Town and Country made the task run very smoothly. After contacting T & C they very quickly arranged a visit to the property. The processes and procedures were explained clearly, including all charges and fees and any questions we had were fully answered. Once the property was on the market viewing times were arranged and communicated to us by phone and email, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient at every stage the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Town and Country to anyone wishing to put their house on the market.
