I can’t speak highly enough of Town & Country Estate Agents. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Bobby and the team were professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely at every stage, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It was clear they genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome rather than simply pushing a transaction through. Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. Bobby kicked things off with a spot-on valuation, which gave us real confidence right from the beginning. From there, Morgan, the branch manager, delivered outstanding service throughout the whole journey. Communication was excellent, everything was handled professionally, and the process felt smooth and stress-free. Poor Service

Poor service. I would not recommend this company. When the agent initially visited, they promised a number of marketing measures, including video with drone footage and directional boards. There was no drone footage. The video uploaded was not of a quality one might expect and was quickly taken down due to copyright issues. The issue with the video was either not noticed or not acted upon and, despite chasing this up, it was some time before the video was finally uploaded again. There was a delay in erecting the directional board and, when it was placed, the location was suboptimal (despite providing information with the exact desired location). Other issues included interest not being followed up. My impression is that this company promised to aggressively market my property, to gain my business, and took a laissez-faire approach once I was contractually bound.

We went to town and co to do our wills. Got told they start at £49. After talking to them they said it will cost us £750. The wife agreed with them. So we paid the full amount. That was nearly 5 months ago and we are still waiting for our wills. We have been phoning up every week for 5 weeks and been told that we are a priority. But we are still waiting.

I am looking to buy a property in Glasgow over the next six months and have been browsing various Estate Agents. I had no particular loyalty one way or another but kept returning to The Town and Country Website for some reason. Not only are the property pictures excellent quality but the descriptions given were clear and precise. I called to enquire about 2 particular houses both of which unfortunately for me had already been sold whilst only being on the market for a few days. Surely a testament to the hard work invested by the staff. The lady I spoke to was delightful and gave me a little information about properties soon to be on the market too and has arranged to notify me when they do so. I came off the phone feeling quite confident that not only will this company strive to sell my current house, but they will find me my next dream home. You will be hearing from me again very soon. I can’t say my experience with T&C…

I can’t say my experience with T&C Glasgow was great. I have quite a lot of knowledge in real estate and customer service so therefore know how a potential client/ customer should be treated. I requested a virtual viewing and was practically told no as the floor plan and detailed photos were online? Yes it was listed on Rightmove but I’m not sure this suffices to an in-depth online/ video viewing. I am also not in town at the moment (Glasgow) so I’m not sure how they expected me to be able to view the property but some how after 18 hours of the property being on the market a lot of people were booked in to view? Sounds made up if you ask me. I’m not sure if this was purely an off day for the agent himself or this is how the agency operates but I will certainly try my best to not have to deal with T&C in Scotland and elsewhere in the UK. Unsatisfactory.

Great local knowledge and energy! The surveyor's report and publicity photos were completed within 2 days of my first conversation with T&C. The flat went on the market just a few days after that, and sold within 2 days for more than we'd hoped for.. We handed over the keys yesterday; 4 weeks after the initial viewing. Delighted with Town and Country Estate agents in Bearsden. They offered very fair terms and conditions to sell my property and took beautiful photographs, home given prime exposure at their Bearsden branch, also online. Home report included, high volume of viewings, with regular feedback from the agents on how the viewings went. I had six offers above the value of the home report and the property sold at the closing date . All happened within a 14 day period from the property going on the market .
