Considering all the great reviews this estate agent has I can only go on the level of service I’ve received, and the level of service is very poor ! Three times we have contacted them regarding a listing they have for a property for rent, and the first two times enquiring about said property we were told someone from the letting department would call us back….. needless to say no one ever called back. During our third phone call I was told someone will call back, so I explained this was now my third call and please ensure someone does contact me because no one has previously…. Twice. The lady on the phone apologised and said you will be contacted….. and you’ve guessed it still no return call !

Can't thank Duncan and his staff enough for the service they provided in helping us to sell our house.. First spoke to Duncan over a year ago when we first considered selling our house. From very first meeting with Duncan we just felt he was actually interested in us getting the best deal for our property and took interest in our position. It didn’t feel like we were just another number in a big machine like some of the larger agents, Duncan actually took the time to hear about our plans and offered sound advice. We took all on board and listed the property and within 24 hrs we almost had a full viewing book. Communication was excellent from the office team during and post viewings and Rebecca kept us up to date at every step and got an offer way over expectations. Avoid like the plague if you are a buyer !! One of the worse Estate Agents out there if you are a buyer ! There are really good Agents out there just not these ones ! Maybe teach your staff to be more polite and more helpful with the buyers rather than treating them with disrepect they also need to look up the The Property Misdescriptions Act which every Agent should know about !

Do not hesitate to use this fantastic agent

Now that our sale has completed I am absolutely delighted to recommend Town & Country Estate Agents. Duncan arrived to do the valuation and the very warm yet professional approach was reassuring. We had 2 previous valuation and his was right in the middle. He advised of their fees but was more than happy to cut a deal. The ball was rolling very quickly and within a week, our house was on the market. Within 10 minutes of our advert going live the phone rang to book in viewings. Although we were assigned a case manager, every member of the team was always happy to help. Nothing seemed a bother to them and they were very knowledgeable and approachable and always keeping a close eye on the progress of our sale.
