TrustpilotRead the contract.
Read the contract properly before signing. I had no photos taken and was not yet put online and had to pay just under £1000 in order to cancel. In my opinion there was too much bravado from Duncan ( Kirkintilloch Branch) and not enough dedication to you as a seller. He wants to under sell your house quickly at a price HE sets which no doubt makes a fast profit for him. Don’t believe the chat about how he will personally oversee the sale of your house as he is just telling you what you want to hear. There are agents out there who actually DO care who won’t charge you for doing NOTHINGTake time and check out the opposition or it can be a very costly bad experience. If you don’t want to pay your way out of the contract, you have to wait 26 weeks before they release you.
