Fantastic service from the wonderful sales team at Town & Country Estate Agents. Duncan came to our house and told us we would sell our house within a week or two. Our house sold for more than we thought in 3 DAYS! We managed to secure the house we wanted thanks to Duncan and all the fantastic girls at Town and Country.

Dreadful Avoid Town and Country Kirkintilloch if you are thinking of selling your home.All they have done for me since day 1 is try and get me to drop my house price for a quick sale. I can only presume to get their hands on whatever fees they can get as quickly as they can.They contacted me after 2 weeks of my house going on the market, only to try and get me to drop my house asking price by another 20k from the original home report when it was already advertised by them for 20k under the home report. If you want your house sold quickly and are happy to have an estate agent who does not care about you or doing the best for you, go to Town and Country. I don't doubt that they will sell your house quickly but for at least 50k under the home report value ! I can sell my own house for that !!!!! Go to an estate agent that really wants to work for you as the seller is my advice

GoogleUsed town and country to buy and sell and I felt like at every opportunity I was contacted for every update I was never left wondering what was happening. Initially Duncan came out to estimate my home for me and he was fantastic, very informative and just generally a really nice guy. Throughout my experience I spoke with many different people who were all fully informed with my situation, but my main point of contact was with Sophie who was honestly outstanding, felt like she couldn't have done more for me and my partner. I also had a fair amount of contact with Vickie/Vicky and again fully informed and a delight to speak to. The whole experience was a pleasure and really did make the process of buying and selling a home feel like a breeze. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends and if we decide to move again I will definitely be using town and country again. Town and country made me feel important and constantly took a weight off my shoulders after every phone call, which if I'm being honest at one point I was calling daily, I never felt like I was asking too much of them.

Contact has been great from the initial appraisal, to arranging the home report and viewings and finally negotiating the sale price which we are very happy with.
