Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs.
ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.

Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. A deposit should not be there to fix existing maintenance issues.

Avoid at all costs. I have rented a flat from them for 2 years, it has been 2 months since I have done the check-out and they still haven't refunded my deposit.
