Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

TrustpilotFrost company are really scammers
This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask Β£1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than Β£1700per month

Caroline also has an enviable rapport with local tradespeople so repairs can be effected quickly at a reasonable cost.The Frost Partnership has a very good reputation in the local area. Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?
