GoogleThere’s a reason you see Rampton Baseley boards all around the area, and that reason is that they sell a lot of houses. And the reason they sell a lot of house is because they know the area like the back of their hand, price realistically, and then work hard to find you the right buyer. We can all be seduced by an agent who overvalues your house to get your business, but then it sits on the market for ages and you have to start drastically reducing. So it’s far better to start at a realistic price point and get it sold. Look at the amount of Rampton Baseley “sold” boards and their expertise speaks for itself.
