I have just sold my three bed flat in Battersea and it could not have gone more smoothly with the help of Tessa. We could not recommend Ramptons and Ali Craske in particular any higher. Our purchase, like so many, was not as straightfirward as it should have been, yet Ali helped guide it all with a steady hand and nerves of steel. She was fair, forthright and increibly hard working and I genuinely have no doubt that the purchase wouldn't have completed without her hard work and dedictaion. We got to know Rampton Baseley when searching for our house between the commons. Though we didn’t end up buying a house they were marketing, they were always professional and thoughtful about our search. When it came to sell our home we immediately thought of Ali Craske at Rampton Baseley, who did such a good job of looking after us previously. The team are efficient and did a great job with marketing strategy and showing the house. Ali in particular is kind, methodical, generous with her time and has an incredible work ethic. She has the best knowledge of the local market and connections to potential buyers but most importantly knows how to carefully navigate the sales process. We have no doubt that Rampton Baseley achieved the optimal result from our sales process and Ali was a pleasure to work with along the way. Highly recommend to buyers and sellers in south west London.

I’ve spent two years viewing houses with Josh at Rampton Baseley. I cannot recommend him and them highly enough. Extremely intelligent, really listened to what our wants and hard lines were. Never ever hard sell and never wasted my time viewing properties that weren’t right. By far the best estate agency experience I’ve ever had (this is the sixth time around) and I can particularly recommend Josh Drummond who has been really amazing and endlessly patient. Don’t bother with any other agency whether you’re buying or selling.

Liz Nascimento was absolutely brilliant throughout our house buying journey. We had been trying to purchase a property for some time, and over the course of that time we had spoken to a large number of estate agents in the area, Liz was by far the best. She was attentive in what sort of property we were looking for, readily available even though she was clearly busy, she always made time and responded to us and stay in touch thought the year (or two!) we were looking to buy. Rampton Baseley is probably the only honest and efficient Lettings agency I have come across in London. I had bad experiences with other high street names in the past but Rampton was brilliant in all areas, whether it was sorting out the maintenance issues with the property or moving out steps, they were very responsive, super helpful during each and every stage.
