GoogleRampton Baseley has the most listings for sale if you're looking for a home between the Commons. So, although we shopped around, we still came back to RB, because they had the most attractive homes.
Ali Craske kept us up to date on the available properties, market prices and offer status. She was genuinely pleased for us when our offer was accepted and she pushed the sellers' solicitor for action when he dithered interminably, from what appeared to be incompetence (and laziness). She responded quickly, even when she had a family emergency that we did not initially know about. And we didn't feel experience much of the typical sales pushiness/sales language, which was really important to our feeling about the whole journey. After all, many buyers in this area are buyers looking for a space they can love, feel safe with their families and call a home, so this was more than a simple transaction to us. And it was a lovely touch at the end, when RB gave us a congratulatory bag of specialty gin and tonic water. After the stress of the big move, we practically necked the gin.
Even after the transaction concluded, Ali answered any remaining unanswered questions we had about the property, while we were coming to grips with what features we had inherited.
We're very grateful for the guidance, professionalism and personal touch from Ali and her team. I'd recommend Ali to anyone looking for a new home!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mike Rampton. They were marketing a parking garage on Thurleigh Road, SW12, at an unbelievably low price of £99,950 for 780 sq ft. This price is drastically under market value, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the sale. It seems like the poor vendor might have been taken advantage of, perhaps in a probate situation.
I was prepared to offer £150,000, considering the property is easily worth close to £200,000. However, my attempts to communicate were met with silence. After some back and forth, I was told there was an issue with their own contact form and my information wasn’t received. When I requested that they forward my offer, they outright refused. Please justify the sale of you guys have nothing to hide?.. why so cheap?
This is not how honest dealings should operate! Be cautious if you're dealing with this agency; something isn’t right here.
I FINALLY SEE A REPLY WHEN I WRITE A REVEIW, THE FACT YOU SAY ITS SOLD TO A DEVELOPER SAYS IT ALL. A KNOWN CONTACT WHO PICKED UP A BARGAIN. WHAT DO YOU MEAN ABOUT CONTACTING THE OTHER PEOPLE AS THE WHOLE SPACE WAS SOLD FOR A SONG… NEVER MIND I AM SURE MY REVIEW WILL HELP ANY VULNERABLE OR PEOPLE DEALING WITH PROBATE TO SEEK THE OPINION OF OTHERS BEFORE YOUR “DEVELOPER” BUYS IT!!

Secondly, this was a transaction from September 2024, could you please let us know what prompted the review at this late stage?
With regard to your suggestion that the vendor might have been taken advantage of: the vendor was a highly experienced, commercially literate developer. We can happily guarantee that the developer was very happy with the price achieved.
In terms of providing a constructive way forward, if you still value the space at £200,000, we will happily contact the developer and ask them to approach all of the owners of the garage spaces on your behalf.
Finally, we take all complaints and challenges to our integrity very seriously, largely because they are very, very rare (any casual trawl through our google reviews demonstrates that well over 99% are 5-star recommendations).
