GoogleI've recently rented out my property with Rampton Baseley and I highly recommend them. The whole process has been quick, streamlined and stress free (with no unnecessary paperwork or fuss!) I've been particularly impressed with the professionalism and warmth of Annabel Hay who has been so helpful. The lettings and property management team have all been super efficient and friendly. I have no hesitation recommending them if you are looking for a great lettings agency with wonderful customer service. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

GoogleI''m delighted we decided to appoint RB to run the sale of our family home in SW11. I've sold 2 other properties in Battersea in the past using other local agents and this was by far the best (and least stressful) experience i've had. The RB team, led by Ali, were brilliant. They ran a very efficient viewings process, working around my young family (and messy house) in which we had 30 viewings in 2-3 weeks which led to several offers. Ali was a great sounding board for me and I always felt she was looking out for our best interests. Thank you!

Alison has been very dedicated and stays on top of all communications to help us work towards June completion, sometimes staying up late at night to call us. GoogleHaving recently endured a fairly tedious and protracted house hunt, where we found ourselves missing out on properties (with various agents) due to sealed bid failures, onward chains collapsing, getting gazumped, sellers' changing their minds, and onward chains collapsing again - we found ourselves fairly well acquainted with Rampton Baseley... and Alison in particular has crept into the top 3 of my 'speed dial list' over the last 18 months! We've now finally exchanged on a house - and whilst it's with another agent - I have nothing but positive things to say about Rampton Baseley, and Ali in particular; and am oddly saddened that we're not buying through Rampton Baseley, as they were certainly the most deserving of the commission(!) Everything about their service was 'top of the pile' as far as I was concerned - ease of booking appointments, punctuality for viewings, knowledge of properties, quality of brochure/property information... everything was all spot on. And frankly to say Ali was a 'cut above' other agents is doing her a dis-service, she was nothing short of phenomenal to deal with. She knew her stuff about every property we saw (and I'll confess that was a particularly large sample size...), and understood exactly what we wanted and what we didn't. She also worked tirelessly - and around the clock - to make sure we were kept informed and advised on properties we were either bidding on or interested in, and demonstrated enormous amounts of patience with us throughout... which is all the more impressive given I lost patience with myself at least 16 times, and my other half another 12. So even though we ultimately ended up buying through someone else, Rampton Baseley are very much my 'agency of choice' in the area. And if you're fortunate enough to get paired with Ali, then you're in good hands.

GoogleAfter failing to sell our flat with other estate agents we appointed Rampton Baseley who managed to quickly secure multiple offers. I was impressed throughout with the level of communication and feedback from viewings. When the Rampton Baseley 5 a-side football team/boyband turned up following instruction to familiarise themselves with the property I was encouraged knowing the whole team could market the property having seen it. Our legal process was challenging and Matt's determination helped get it across the line. I would happily recommend and use them again.

GoogleI placed my house on the market with Rampton Baseley as sole agent after the end of a tenancy where they had found the tenant four years previously. The sale price was spot-on but more importantly they had just the right (cash) buyer for my house on their books. And so we exchanged and completed within a month just after the tenants moved out. Both parties were delighted and I cannot fault Alison and Mike for their excellent service and delivering on their promises. Thank you.
