Romany and the team at Ramptons are a pleasure to deal with. They have been finding lovely tenants for our property for over six years, and we always recommend them. Additionally we recently sold our second flat through RB, we appreciate their quiet confidence in their sound knowledge of the local market. And we especially appreciated Ali going out of her way to accommodate the awkward time difference as we were in NZ during this period - it never felt as though we were being a bother - although I suspect it was not always convenient to talk to us when she did! Really heartfelt thanks for the 5 Star service. We will be back in due course when we are buying or selling around Northcote Road or Wandsworth Common.

I had a poor experience with Thalia Loaiza from Rampton Baseley. She no showed to a viewing that a group of us had to take time off work to attend. This viewing was at a time that she suggested and had confirmed by sending a confirmation email. When calling the office of the estate agent, they would not contact Thalia on our behalf to ask where she was, and she had not given us a phone number for herself. We received no notice that this would be the case, and no apology after. We asked for Thalia to call us back in due course, but this has never happened. In addition to this, Rampton Baseley also have poor attention to detail, with inconsistencies in basic information between their own website and their listings on sites such as RightMove etc, for example forgetting to increase the rent price by 20% this year on some sites. Update: I received a call from the director, Romany, who was extremely apologetic and reassured me that this miscommunication was a one off mistake due to the abnormally high demand currently. Thank you for taking the time to follow up.

Ruby has been extremely nice along the whole process. As landlord, it is always critical to find an agency you can trust will do their best for your property and its tenants. It is definitely the service Rampton Baseley is providing. Since the beginning, they have been very genuine and transparent about the market and their offering. No hidden fee, a property manager living around the block etc. Definitely the kind of agency that helps keeping your mind at peace when you don't live in the same city as your property!

I was very surprised to see the negative views on this site. RB sold our house Between the Commons in the summer and we were absolutely delighted with them. Despite one aborted offer, RB sold our house again within a week. They helped us compare 2 bids and allay concerns we had about an overseas buyer. Ali was also extremely helpful in overcoming some last minute problems. Even after our 1st sale collapsed I had no doubt that Rampton Basely were the right agent choice and I have already recommended them to friends.
