GoogleI have lived at both the Jubilee Mill and the Spinning House and I can honestly say these are by far the best apartments in the area. The apartments are finished to a very high spec, the buildings themselves are very well kept and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I also received my bond back within 10 working days.

GoogleI wish I could give less than 1 star! My partner lived at blakeridge mills for 6 months. Paid everything on time and left with no outstanding debt or any damage to the property.. it has now been 4 months since leaving with NO sign of the bond being returned. Aside from finding out it hadn’t been put into a DPS. Beware of this company.

GoogleGiving one star is being generous. They don’t like to return your deposit!!! They keep it and endless calling may result in you getting blocked! Appalling service! Stay away!

GoogleDealt with Raspberry lettings and from the start and havent had any issues at all. They are quick to respond to any issues and when we had a problem with our oven a new one was fitted the next day (by Phil, who has also been excellent) The flats are ideal for the money and I'd recommend themPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleStayed with Raspberry Lettings for over 2 years (JM) and no major issues. Any issues in the flat are sorted in a timely manner - just need to drop them an email. Left last week and had all of my deposit back within 2-3 working days. Would recommend for anyone looking for a furnished flat to move in to.

I am possibly one of the longest standing tenants and have lived at Blakeridge mills for over 7 and half years.The apartments are great and beautifully furnished. The staff are extremely helpful and should any concerns arise they have respond to my emails or phone calls within an acceptable time frame.The complex is safe and secure and the maintenance team are just great.

I moved into Jubilee Mills just under a month ago due to needing somewhere quick to move to due to a vulnerable family member being at risk during the pandemic. Hannah and Harriet both understood the situation, and were very helpful and swift in finding the right property for me. All questions were answered swiftly. Would deffo recommend.

The positive reviews are fake, bribes for gym fobs, positive references and to get deposits back. Most tenants have to go through TDS to get their deposit, RL doesn't bother to accuse people of damage, they just completely ghost them and keep their money.

Really cool apartments with the exposed brick and modern interior. They are also a really great price for two double bedrooms too! They come fully furnished, however we asked for ours to be without furniture and they removed everything for us. If we had any problems, they were quick to come and fix too, would recommend :)

I have recently moved out of Blakeridge Mills after staying there for 9 months, we had a lovely time there, the apartment was clean and fresh with ample facilities for us. We left the apartment as we found it and received our deposit back in good time. No issues

GoogleLived here for 2 years. Perfect landlords, fixed some.minornissues with our apartment, parking never an issue and good service overall with the deposit coming back within 5 days of moving out. Have already recommended to some friends/colleagues and would definitely rent here again.

GoogleAwful place!!! I moved out since October and yet they Still not return a single penny of my deposit and gym deposit!!! Very frustrating and they keep ignoring my email. They owe me £1050 in total and are doing their best to keep the deposit. COWBOY !!!

GoogleStruggling to get your Bond and Deposits back, then do what one lad has done this morning... Clamp the owners car until they pay up. Turned up this morning and clamped her car, 2 hours later money was exchanged and clamp removed.

Just moved in to no23 the jubilee mill and it is very spacious with modern decor and very nicely furnished. I lived in one of these apartments a few years ago so I knew coming back here was an easy decision.

GoogleOnly because you can’t choose no stars. They have fobbed off my mate for his deposit for over a month now. Over £900 they are holding, 4 broken promises. DO NOT deal with this bunch of cowboys. Pay you debts you bunch of low lives.
