GoogleWhilst my sale fell through after 6 months this was nothing to do with my flat or the efforts of Charlie Saville who was amazing. Charlie seemed to take on the role of all professionals in the chain in trying to get information and find solutions and he regularly updated me on progress (or delays and problems). He was knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. I will certainly return to Charlie to re-market my property later this year.

GoogleI loved buying my first home with Felicity Lord in Hackney. Lenny was so helpful from the very beginning, sorting out viewings around my schedule and always being responsive and punctual. He handled the house sale with calm and confidence and I always felt able to ask him questions and knew I was getting an honest answer. He was open and up-front and always polite and professional. He was able to arrange the multiple viewings I needed and was a brilliant go-between when it came to negotiations with the landlord, making sure communication was quick and easy and everyone ended the process feeling happy. It really was such a pleasure to work with Lenny and I hope I'll have another chance in the future.
