Charlie Saville is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to estate agents. We met with three estate agencies but FJL stood out because of Charlie. No pitch or pressure - which made our decision easy. True to his name like Savile Row craftsmanship, he’s genuinely crème de la crème. I recently viewed a number of properties with Ridwana, ultimately putting an offer on one which I got accepted. Lenny is incredible. His help was completely invaluable in the purchase of our property. He found a property that was perfect for us and trusted our interest in it, despite us still needing to sell our other property - always keeping us in the loop. He continued to go above and beyond to get the purchase to completion. He is personable, considerate, understanding and forthcoming. Liaising with Lenny from FJ Lord, who was managing my house sale, has been a really good experience. I especially appreciated the regular communication from Lenny, (and his colleague), about booking in viewings, how things were going from their point of view and any feedback from viewings. Lenny has been unfailingly polite, professional and honest about both the positive and any negative aspects of the progression of the sale and I felt throughout that I had a true picture of how things were going. Charlie Saville was extremely professional , confirmed appointment earlier in the day, arrived on time, treated my home with respect ( took off his shoes on entering without even being asked ) . He went over and above in, trying to give me an accurate valuation by doing a fair amount of work beforehand, collating information about other similar properties and their market value in my area. Ellesse Mosunu-Kitenge is an absolute legend, she went above and beyond during our initial tenancy process. The third party referencing company the real estate used were an absolute nightmare, but Ellesse always went out of her way to assist the process. To be honest in the end she had done their job for them 100x over. Ellesse worked over the weekend and over her usual hours to help us out and we always felt she was in our corner for both us and the landlord. Ellesse constantly came up with new solutions to the problems introduced by the referencing company and we couldn’t be more happy with our experience with her.
