GoogleEuan and Eleanor were a great team, showing enthusiasm and professionalism throughout. Once a satisfactory offer was received Euan, in particular, worked incredibly hard and effectively in keeping a complex chain together and overcoming what appeared to be insurmountable problems, and all with good grace. All in all, Carter Jonas did an outstanding job.

GoogleJon and Sharon are terrific: friendly, reliable and fair, good with both landlords and tenants and extremely professional. They've been on top of every issue and their communication, internal and external, has been great. Jon has always been great with the tenants - esp during COVID as we looked to sell it, with lots of site visits. Thoroughly recommend them!

GoogleCarter Jonas were excellent to deal with. David and Euan were so easy to get along with and kept me informed how the sale of the property was progressing with regular updates. Polite, honest and good communication. Would recommend them if you want to sell a property.

GoogleCouldn't get in first time. They recommended grilled Dover Sole and it was excellent. A bit pricey for fish and chips only so make it worth it with a bottle of wine.

GoogleBeing elderly with health problems both my wife and I badly required a bungalow rental, seeing a local property managed by Carter Jonas our first meeting with Jon put our minds at ease he did a great deal for us to secure the property and with the help and advice from Sera with paperwork we were ready for the move, apart from helping us with the boxes and moving they couldn't have helped us more, we send them both a big thank you!

GoogleHaving known Carter Jonas and specifically Sharon and Jon, professionally for some years we had no hesitation in asking for their help to find tenants for our property. They handled the matter well, in fact the same family have been with us now for more than 2 years and continuing. While we only required them to find tenants they have kept in touch and for instance, make sure the agreement and deposit is renewed appropriately. Last year while abroad for an extended period they took on full management temporarily which was no trouble at all. Over the years I have dealt with many letting agents and am happy to recommend CJ as amoung the best. if not the best.

He appreciated that I lived 2 hours away from Bath and kept me up to date with exactly what was happening with both the sale and the property. GoogleSharon at Carter Jonas has tried tirelessly to find us a rental property. We were always responded to promptly and courteously whenever we contacted her. Sharon showed a great knowledge of the Bath area and the rental market. Although we have suspended our search for the time being we will be returning to Carter Jonas when we begin our search again.
