GoogleThey know what they are doing. The whole team from start to finish have been superb. Euan guided us through the sale of our home with professionalism and expert knowledge explaining types of buyers, types of property, potential issues and scenarios etc. Where other agents left us feeling slightly underwhelmed, he demonstrated an excellent understanding of the market thus winning our confidence, we had no hesitation in appointing him. Everything he indicated was spot on and nothing was too much trouble, we recieved much needed reassurance when things felt overwhelming and most importantly we had the best possible outcome for our sale. I would have no hesitation in using the team at Carter Jonas again in future.

GoogleAs a tenant you're treated like dirt, like cattle. They never answer the phone, they decide when they'll visit you, and when you do see them face to face, you're looked down on, as if they need to clean themselves after seeing you. I can't say how they compare to others, but they've set the bar right at the bottom. Considering we pay thousands in rent they're simply too busy for us.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Sharon at Carter Jonas. She listened carefully to my requirements, discussed my options thoroughly and I ended up taking the very first property I saw. I loved it - and still do, over six months on. Negotiations were sensitively and quickly handled and there was no time wasting, which often tends to be the case with agents. The after service was also terrific and any queries I had were quickly and efficiently answered. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly and would 100% use them again if I ever need ed to.

GoogleWe have had an amazing experience with Carter Jonas's local branch - their team is genuinely lovely, patient, and willing to accommodate special requests. My flatmates and I moved to Bath from different corners of the UK, and the move itself was quite challenging to coordinate; however, Sharon, Katherine, and Jon did a great job supporting us through the process. I should also mention that the flat itself is super nice and is in a great condition - we love our new home and are hoping to stay with Carter Jonas for the foreseeable future.

GoogleAs a student I arrived to Bath the 26th without having found student housing yet. After having gone to various Real Estate agencies with no luck we went to Carter Jonas. The service was quick and excellent as a mere 4 days later I had moved in to my student housing. Thanks !
