Wish there are negative points to give! Andrews office in central Bath (Princes Buildings) accepted my offer on a flat and asked for all the documents to proceed. They did everything to push me through the initial process and lied about taking the property off the market (They even went that far to say their computer system update prevented them from taking the ad off.). Then they gazumped me and asked for a counter offer in the last minute. On the one hand, they promised me not to arrange other viewings after my offer was accepted. On the other hand, they used my offer as a leverage to pressure another buyer and started a bidding war. So much time wasted and trust broken because these agents have no integrity. They are ready to raise the "legally we can gazump you before the completion" card as soon as there are a few pennies incentives. I will never work with these agents and do not recommend anyone who values morality and trustworthiness to use their service. I am happy I did not fall into their trap and waste a few thousands more. I do feel sorry that someone else raised the offer because of the Andrews' game. If I had known I was used by the agent, I would not have given an offer just to cause the loss of another buyer.

Incompetent. This company had the task of finding tenants for a property. The agent was asked if a sofa could be left at the property. The agent involved, Will Maslin, told the new tenants that they were being given it! Who gives away a £1,000 sofa? This has caused a lot of problems because simple and clear instructions were not followed. The bar is low for estate and letting agents and this branch may have lowered it further.

Choose anyone else to sell your home, these guys feel like they are working for the buyers, trying to get your price down none stop. I've just sold my family home and all the way through the price was trying to be dropped, even after agreement. Photos weren't great only showing 3 room out of 10 until I asked for them to be done again, they DO use a lens that alters the size of the rooms. On the day of signing, we were hassled to pay for a cleaner!!! Since the sell I've asked for a receipt of this cleaner, and am still waiting for them to get back to me. If you want a none stress sale for the most money you can get then don't go to Andrews!!

Absolutely rubbish and totally unprofessional. Recently rang up to be answered by someone in a joking manner saying 'hello' and then giggling and hanging up. Is that how a professional company deal with prospective tenants? They then proceeded to hang up my calls two times afterwards, evidently embarrassed about making a fool of the company they work for. On the third time I was answered by a rude woman who claimed I was making up the fact they had hung up on me? To think, I was actually going to put an offer forward for a rented flat? Never again.

A nightmare to get hold of. Try phoning the branch now and I bet no one will answer your call. Tried at least 30+ once for an important query whilst a client and they then simply took phones off hook - bad and unprofessional service. If you can get hold of someone, best way is to visit the branch then they are pretty good and you will be seen straight away.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Couldn’t ask for anyone more helpful and professional like Monica. From start to finish she has been very very helpful and informative during the whole process. Renting for the first time, she made the process easy but efficient, always updating and let me know when there were any issues or queries.
