We have recently bought two houses and also sold a house through Charlie Taylor at Knight Frank, all the transaction's were handled impeccably. The most impressive thing about Knight Frank is that they handle buyers and sellers honestly, concisely and fairly. Charlie has fantastic communication skills, he understands the art of deal better than any other agent Ive ever come across. We will always use KF. We had quite a tricky time buying our property as our original sale fell through and we opted (stressfully) to go for a buy to let in order to keep our purchase property. Whilst other parts of the chain were frustrating and, in my opinion, poorly managed, Francesca was always quick to respond, honest and efficient. Francesca found us the perfect buyers and the perfect house for us to buy, and despite a really difficult transaction with our buy and the near collapse of the acquisition on a number of occasions Francesca was professional throughout, and both our sale and our buy ended successfully.
