GoogleSam was a dream to work with on our dream purchase. Having been looking for a few years and becoming disheartened, our perfect property came onto the market late last year and Sam and the team were fantastic. GoogleWe've now had the opportunity to work with Sam Daniels at Knight Frank on two occasions. Both transactions were large and had some complexity. Sam guided us through each with a sure hand. He understands the importance of timing and would deftly keep the process moving for all parties. Sam gave us advice that has turned out to be spot on ---he really understands real estate and how to get a transaction completed to the satisfaction of all parties. We sold our house through Knight Frank during Winter 2024/25. Helen was brilliant from the off. Through the highs and lows of the process, I always felt she was on the ball, pushing and cajoling to ensure the sale progressed. Our chain was tricky, to say the least and in the final days when it all got very tense, Helen’s skill and expertise in managing people and the conveyancing process shone through. Without Helen, I don’t believe we would have managed to keep the chain together. Thank you!

GoogleKnight Frank managed the sale of our property and were excellent. Sam and the team were professional, straightforward and extremely easy to deal with. Estate agents don't have the best 'rep' but in all honesty Sam and the team couldn't have been more different. They were helpful, honest, down to earth, realistic and very responsive. Sam helped us achieve a good, fair price without any of the silliness associated with unrealistic valuations. He also helped guide us to the right buyer whom we hope will love the house as we did. Our sale was made a little more tricky in that our purchase fell through. Sam was level headed and worked with the buyers to keep everything on track whist we found temporary accommodation. Thoroughly recommend Knight Frank if you want a market savvy agent without any of the arrogance, or worse, often encountered in the property market.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWorking with Knight Frank was an absolute pleasure. Professional, responsive and with great insight on the local market and understanding of our needs. We were relocating back from California during the pandemic, when the market was melting up - so it was a very tough market as a buyer, in particular physically located outside the country. Sam Daniels was a super star, helping co-ordinate video viewings across his team. He was honest and straight forward when guiding us on making an offer, and importantly took us very seriously. It's worth noting that other estate agents in bath (no names mentioned, Crisp Cowley) were both rude and arrogant - not taking us seriously. The complete opposite of the treatment we received from Sam and team. Knight Frank helped us buy our dream home, in a very tough market, while we were overseas and spent many hours guiding the process so that we as the buyer and the vendor felt secure that the deal would complete - and with the bonus of having it move ahead before the stamp duty holiday ended. Further Sam actually saved us 10's of thousands, by advising we investigate the ability to claim dual dwelling tax relief, something my solicitors were un-aware of and had to be pushed on. GoogleKnight Frank Bath have been excellent, from the very first meeting to the completion and key handover. Quite simply the best experience we have had so far with any estate agent, having purchased and sold more than 6 properties over the last 25 years, and having dealt with the other two of the 'top three' agencies on different properties. That is not to say the 'other two' were unsatisfactory in any way shape or form, it is just that the people at Knight Frank Bath make that special little difference, an important difference, a different kind of ethos. Francesca especially, continually going above and beyond the call of duty, demonstrating professionalism with genuine care. Would not hesitate to recommend, even for the most unique of properties.

The professionalism Charlie demonstrated throughout the sales process - being upfront in managing expectations, demonstrating empathy with the seller and the easy liaison and conduit between myself and the purchaser - was second to none. Knight Frank are very self-serving and have very poor customer service. Everything they do is in their favour and they take no risk at all. The customer bears all the risk. I am currently under contract but will definitely NOT be renewing.
