Poor service, rude staff

I dealt with Danielle,Booked a viewing on Saturday and a confirmation email followed. Received a reminder on the day of viewing. My husband travelled 50 miles to view the property with me only to be told 1 and a half hour before the viewing that it wouldn’t be going ahead as they hadn’t heard back from the tenant for access. I wasn’t told this wasn’t a guaranteed viewing so was slightly confused why it had been ‘confirmed’.I emailed Danielle stating my disappointment due to the plans I had made to see this flat. I then received a call to tell me it was never arranged with the tenant and the confirmation emails I received were automated. I told Danielle it would have been common courtesy to tell me the viewing was dependent on the tenant being available but I was told ‘we don’t work that way, it’s not my fault your husband travelled all this way, are you an estate agent?’ - charming! I have had excellent service from all other estate agents during my search all of which have told me when a property has tenants in and that they will confirm with me when they have heard back. Extremely rude service, I do not recommend!

Excellent is the only way to describe them! A buyer was found for the property within a few days of the property going on the market but for legal reasons the sale took a year to complete. Mark was fantastic, he checked on the empty property regularly and kept me updated through the long process of waiting for the sale to go through. Poor service management. I've been living in their managed apartment for more than a year. Since the water boiler controller not working, it is running 24/7 hence I've been paying more than 500£ electricity bill for long time, ands worst for last 4 months im paying 744£ electricity bill for a small two bedroom apartment despite many request water heater controller issue never been addressed.
