These guys are incredibly greedy and have more than played their part in the ridiculously high rents in Bristol. They have called up friends of mine who let properties through them constantly telling them they should increase the rent that they charge to their tenants. These guys are disgusting and have no souls. A friend of mine who has an 11 year old child has been made homeless because of them. She was paying £1400 per month for a 3 bedroom house but they wanted the rent to meet other rents in the area which have been pushed up to over £2000 per month due to the housing crisis in Bristol..rents which have been pushed up by people like them! Please don't do business with these people

By the grace of God I am now free of this agency/landlord and living in a lovely house that is not consumed by an all year round indoor tropical climate. From the beginning we were lied to and fobbed off all the way up the chain. Our flat suffered severe damp issues, including black mould (amongst other problems) and barely anything was rectified (by agency and landlord) in the time that we were tenants. Even in the twilight moments of our tenancy, they tried taking a chunk of our deposit money, until I raised a case with MyDeposit and then the landlord "suddenly" let it go. The agency staff we dealt with used tactics such as continuous gaslighting and swapping staff (via email and occasionally phone calls) to deal with us, in effect amounting to a never ending con job. So much so, that Trotters independent Traders could learn a thing or two from this lot. I never want to experience this level of evil genius or incompetence (I really couldn't decide which it was) again and although at times I seriously considered driving off a cliff just to break free of them, in the end they didn't win and I learned a lot in that short depressing time as their tenant. I rarely write any reviews online but after my experience with these fiends, I feel I have to share my experience. Just be careful if you decide to enter into a CONtract with these hucksters, because you'll be stuck with it.
