So disappointed with Andrews (Bristol) They repaid a substantial deposit back to one of my tenants two weeks into a live tenancy. They said I authorised it even after I provided proof I hadn’t. Not even an apology! So incompetent. Susan Russe.

We have been customers of andrews mordern branch for 3 years. We had a lettings issue and could only speak to the sales manager Brian who was available. Even though it was not Brian’s department, he went above and beyond to help resolve our issue. He followed up days after to ensure the issue was resolved. Brian understands how to treat customers and is the main reason we will continue to stay with andrews.

GoogleLike so many in our position, we have been struggling to find a rental property in Bath. We have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Monica from Andrews during our search. I have been so impressed with the level of care and attention Monica has shown towards our needs as tenants but also going above and beyond to ensure the landlord/landlady have the right people for their home. The attention to detail and out of hours communication has been so appreciated, we have both commented on how lovely the experience has been so far.

After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.
