Andrews are the managing agents for a flat we own and rent out . Sadly our current tenant has proved to be very demanding and obstructive . Thankfully the property manager in charge is experienced, competent and professional . She has been an enormous help in dealing with repeated demands of the tenant , she acts promptly and professionally. Her advice to us is realistic and appropriate. I have come to rely on get judgment and help for several months now and cannot thank her enough . Her name is Elizabeth Taylor and she is a credit to Andrews Property Group

Andrews has been supportive and professional since the first day I contacted them. Michael V., our agent, is wonderful! He is very responsive and understanding. He showed us the property and gave us enough time to look at it in detail, and he also informed us about the letting process and next steps in a very clear way. Michael's approach made us feel confident and well supported. We also spoke with Michael's colleague, Tomasz, and he was so kind and polite. I would 100% recommend Andrews, as they care about their customers and take them seriously.

I have been going through a difficult time with my tenant over the last 3 years. Exacerbated by the change in owner ship of the agent who was looking after my property. Went through many managers in the interim who did not help and were not at all on the ball. However, since Sydnie Chesley took over my account, it has been a revelation. She is prompt in replying to my mails, helpful in communicating with the tenant and finding solutions. I know we are still not at the end of the sage, but I am confident, that with Sydnie by my side it will come to a positive conclusion. Andrews, keep hold of Sydnie. I would have no hesitation in offering her a job, if I was still working.

What made the experience great was the Property Manager James Parker who assisted with renting a flat in Bath, in Somerset. He made the whole process so easy and professional. You really feel that you are in safe hands. The landlord and landlady were the best I have ever had too as I have rented before. The flat was lovely to live in with a great location, I miss living there now. Also, when I moved out, I tried from my side to be very organised and professional, thoroughly cleaning and hoovering myself. And I have had the full deposit refunded. All the best, Debbie
