Andrews has been amazing with my managed letting. From my first meeting with Hayley to getting the tenant in, I have not had to worry about anything. As a new landlord, I needed all the help i could get and Hayley/Gracie took me on a hassle free journey covering maintenance, EICR, tenant vetting etc. Really pleased, Thank you Hayley and Gracie, you saved me so much effort and I could relax knowing I am in safe hands.

From our first meeting with Emily I knew we were in safe hands, she clearly had a great understanding of the market & set realistic expectations whilst also aiming to get the best price & more importantly the best buyer for our property. She was enthusiastic & always on the end of the phone should we have any queries or questions. The rest of the team matched her enthusiasm & patience. Special shout out to Sophia & Keith too. We sold our property within a week & also had an offer accepted on our dream property. The process took less than 3 months from start to finish & was smooth at every stage thanks to great communication from our Andrews with everyone in the chain. Aaron's mortgage advice and assistance were easy to understand, friendly, and helpful, which was perfect for us as nervous FTBs! I can't praise this estate agents highly enough! Sophie and Emma have just helped me through a buying process. It was a bit complicated as I am relocating from abroad but this didn't faze them at all! Sophie was great at arranging and letting in surveyors etc to carry out inspections on the property and both she and Emma gave me excellent advice. They were incredibly patient and understanding and went the 'extra mile'! They helped move the process along by liaising with all parties involved - including the solicitors. I can honestly say that I've never had so much active involvement from estate agents when buying or selling. Thank you both!

I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

I viewed and, eventually completed on my first home via Andrews Bear Flat, Bath. I found Jake Horwood and the Team to be incredibly patient, prompt and, professional. Jake in particular went out of his way to ensure that I was kept updated on the progression of my transaction, including any information I or my lawyer were required to provide. Jake was diligent and expedient in following up with the Vendor’s lawyers and mitigating any delays in the process. Jake was calm and kept me appraised of what to expect at every stage. Before viewing my home I had experienced three previous purchases falling through.
