I was very pleased with my experience with PE, from Rachel during the sales and offer stages to Kevin during the 3 month long legal paperwork stage. Where required, PE ensured gentle and polite pressure was applied to move the process forward at both seller and buyer side.

Danny and Kevin were brilliant and quick with their responses. Keeping us up to date with everything. The recommended solicitor, Zoe from Rowberry Morris has been brilliant and very prompt ensuring the process went smoothly and timely.

Have just moved home and needed a new mortgage. I cannot recommend Stuart highly enough from the point of application through to completion Stuart was always on hand to help. He has a great knowledge of the current market and was able to advise on different products available. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped smooth the way to a stress free completion. I have recommended him to friends and family and would not hesitate to use his services again when my current fixed term needs renewing.

Lovely team at the Basingstoke office. Kevin was such a great help getting things moving and making sure things were getting done swiftly with my new property. I would definitely recommend using these guys in the future. It was a very very stressful day on completion for me, so when I strolled into the office waiting for keys, they kept me calm and were very welcoming and friendly. I'm not very good at writing reviews but I wanted to make a point of saying how helpful, efficient and friendly the team are and I appreciated everything they did for me. Thanks again!!

We couldn’t have been happier with Property Explorer. One of our main concerns when putting our house on the market was feeling under pressure to find a new home in a hurry. Property Explorer didn’t pressure us at all despite having to sell our home a few times until we found what we were after. In particular Oliver, Danny and Kevin were brilliant, keeping us informed throughout, in both the selling of our house and buying of a new one. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from Property Explorer Basingstoke throughout our tenancy. Had a great relationship with them and our landlord. Any maintenance issues dealt quickly with minimal disruption to us. From what I remember, the process for moving in was quick and effortless, always on hand to answer any queries. Check in and check out was efficient. They were polite and courteous when arranging viewings after handing in our notice, taking our needs into account.Wendy and Danny were a pleasure to work and talk with. Thank you for everything.

Oliver came to value our property and gave us lots of advice about taking the property to market giving us confidence about the sale. He couldn't have been more helpful. We rented our previous home through The Property Explorer and the 4 years lived there have been great. We were provided with a lovely and professionally-cleaned property, when we moved in. Those 4 years, we never had to worry about any maintenance issues, as the agency was very quick in resolving any maintenance/repair issues. Wendy, our Property manager has been extremely helpful , right from the check-in until check-out last month. She has been very understanding in all times. I would like to give a big thanks to Wendy and The Property Explorer team, for all the help during out stay.I highly recommend The Property Explorer, if you looking to rent in Basingstoke.

Both Rachel, who showed us around the property, and Kevin, who has been my point of contact after our offer was accepted, have been friendly, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. It can sometimes be difficult to get hold of Kevin but I'm sure that's just because he's very busy closing lots of sales! From the moment we met Oliver, we were welcomed not only as customers, but with genuine friendship; he guided us to the best possible way to market our property, but still allowing us to be in complete control.Rachel Burton then gave us a welcome phone call to introduce herself and automatically became a very welcome person to know. We spoke frequently with updates and comments from the prospective buyers. Between her and her team, they managed everything....... perfectly......thanks Rach.Once the sale had been agreed, she passed us to Kevin, who had the craziest task of working between all parties in the chain....not the best of jobs i don't think, but someone has to do it...well done Kev. The Property Explorer as a team and as a business, work wonderfully well together for the best possible outcome for all parties concerned and we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property

I took my time before selecting the right company to sell my house by researching reviews interviewing many agents and even mystery shopped them after being hugely let down by the first company I tried (naming no names) who talked a good game and promised me a house they had on their books only to find out they had already sold it after I signed up. Based on contact experiences I selected property explorer and Oliver and his team were excellent from start to finish doing everything they promised. They gave me a choice of fees and I selected the one that was best for me on no sale no fee basis. The team worked hard to get viewings and were always friendly and accommodating, particularly Anna who took the time to come see my house even before viewings started! There was a few tricky moments towards exchange but Kevin stayed on top of things to ensure it stayed together. People are always quick to complain when something goes wrong so I wanted to congratulate property explorer on being in my opinion excellent from start to finish. I would recommend to everyone who wants an honest and friendly agent that will go the extra mile to get the job done.

Great experience of selling my house from start to finish. Particular mention should go to Rachel who's regular phone calls kept me sane during the months of house viewings in a difficult time in the housing market. Also to Stuart, who helped me incredibly in the last month of the sale over the Christmas and New Year period. But of course the team is more than two, so thank you Kevin, Anna, Oli and of course Oliver who started it all off. Everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their house.
