GoogleGreat service from GPees. Very swift response from specifically from Carly. I just rented the property I want my wife to join me in UK asap from India , It's tedious documentary procedure to follow but Carly done great job for me by arranging all documents for accommodation...now I am quite equipped n happy face 😊 thanks to GPees n Thank you Carly.

Extremely unprofessional estate agency - south west London area. I literally felt harassed on the telephone to provide my email and phone number when I was only enquiring about a property, not even trying to view it. It was a man on the other end and he made me feel very uneasy. I will not be looking at properties with them ever since they would have my home address too. It's an appalling industry.

Trustpilotappalling and disgusting treatment for our property
We have a listing with this company who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property.We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property.We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now.Storm Ciaran.So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after?Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it.Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.

Warning! Fraud! Avoid buying uniforms from this company - at all costs. The company would not refund me - for a product that they never confirmed was ordered, but for which I was charged (I tried to check out, and apparently it worked, although no confirmation was issued). I had to follow up three times asking for a refund, as they did not send the items. Only after I threatened to file a complaint did they take action.The customer service agent, Sarah, made up many stories - about the order being confirmed, about refunding me in 7-10 days, etc. She never apologized. Instead, she responded with excuse after excuse. I'm confident they will make up some stories in response to my complaint. ;) Can't wait to see what she says next! Another excuse!

GoogleGemma ( Gascoigne pees ) was quick to survey my house for rental and provide a rental figure. Next day the property was marketed by Richard and he found a suitable tenant . Basically, by next day it was taken off the market. Amazing speedy service - thank you Richard and Gemma

Disappointing. Tried contacting the agents a number of times (on different days) about viewing a particular property, as a keen buyer. No call back or reply to emails. Very poor service and a waste of time for people that genuinely just want to find somewhere to live.

GooglePoor service towards current and prospective tenants. Lettings agent showed no interest, answered no questions and stated she was in a rush after letting in 4 people to view a flat (separate pairs) at the same time with current tenants present and in bed, she did not show them around, and was too busy and in a rush to be able to answer questions, was dismissive towards current tenants who were unable to get help via helpline as noone answered. Complained to manager but he appeared as uninterested as the agent that did the viewing. Would not recommend this company.

GoogleI completed on my house the other day which I bought through Gascoigne Pees. GPees was informative, accommodating, and had good communication throughout the entire process. Nic, Marlena, Kim, and Jim especially were patient and answered all necessary questions I had, as I am a first time buyer and was not 100% with the whole process. Buying through them was overall a good experience. I also notice they always had their vendor's interests at heart throughout the process rather than just trying to get a quick sale - so if you are selling a property soon, consider GPees as they will definitely do a great job of it. When I come to sell the property I will definitely consider Gpees as an option to sell through.

GoogleMy first home purchase required lots of advice as a first-time buyer. Making an offer or finding an independent solicitor were things I didn't have a clue about. Nic at Gascoigne-Pees was on hand to guide me through it from start to end. He was always available to answer my calls and responded to my emails quickly. He gave me lots of his time and was patient with me throughout. I felt valued and supported. When I asked to view the property on a number of different occasions he always made this happen at the times that suited me. When I viewed the property the staff that met me were always on time, available to answer all my questions and gave me as much time as I needed. I was never rushed and they were always so friendly, professional and polite. The administration and buying process was smooth and quick. My experience has been nothing but superb, I can't rate how fantastic the team are. Thank you so much!

Finally, Tom was the letting agent who assisted us on our actual day of the move, and he too was extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Gascoigne-Pees!

This letting agent is shocking. Signed a 12 month contract but had to leave early. Our cars were targeted and my boyfriends had to be written off. Had issues with the flat, which were never sorted, despite me chasing numerous times. Now landlord is trying to charge me £975 for leaving early, when we almost had no choice but to leave. My car was being targeted very frequently. Spoke to a Lady on the phone from G and P and she was so rude. Made me feel like I was the problem.
