Harj was professional and helpful, and we are especially grateful to Paige, who quickly understood what we were trying to achieve, spotted an opportunity to help and connected us with Simon Swanson. That personal touch made a real difference. Simon was outstanding. His knowledge and experience of lettings were exceptional, but what really stood out was his eye for the finer details and nuances that others can easily miss. If you have gone the extra mile with a property, that effort will not be wasted on Simon. Just moved into a rental property and had a really good experience with Gascoigne Pees. Very good communication and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and move with them again. Only 1 down side was the flat me moved into had not been cleaned when we moved in which was a bit disappointing but also there was nothing in the contract about cleaning so just remember that. Apart from that had a really positive experience and a big shout out to Joe Rugg for checking in on us and supporting our move. Thank you! :)

I had such a good experience with Gascoigne Pees in Basingstoke from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to, and they honestly made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Prasanna was amazing he explained everything in such a simple, clear way and made the whole mortgage side of things feel so smooth and easy to follow. Nic, the Branch Manager, really went above and beyond the whole way through. He kept everyone on track, chased things up without me even asking, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting things sorted. He did way more than he needed to. When I went in to collect my keys, they even gave me a little “welcome to your new home” gift, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot. Highly recommend them.
